Tanukitsune Posted February 21, 2011 Wow, I've had terrible luck with the games I've played lately, almost every RPG I've played lately was decent enough, but had the most pathetic magic users in them... They either had summons that could easily be defeated by the weakest enemy or boring and infective spells! I really need to play a game with a wizard/magic user that is FUN to play now... I know, I know, you're all going to point me Magicka, but there has to be more than that, right? I remember loving playing as a wizard in Neverwinter Nights, it looked like even the weirdest spell has some use if you knew when to use it, also, throwing a fireball into an army of zombies is just.... beautiful! :\ Trine had an awesome wizard in it too! You can call me crazy, but I liked being a magic user in Risen, you had to work so hard to learn magic that every fireball felt like a small triumph! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

DanJW Posted February 22, 2011 It's not terrible. Not great, but not bad either. It's a fantasy FPS in the Source engine and is pretty much exactly how you would imagine that to be.
