Tanukitsune Posted August 22, 2005 My parents dragged me to the flea market... Where I saw a Mega Drive/Genesis and a Speccy, but they didn't let me buy it and there was lots of bootleg stuff like a Game "Child", and fake Genesis and a fake NES too... Ooh the things I saw! I wish I brought my camera or at least use my cell phone camera... OH! WAIT! I CAN'T! It was stolen in the crowdiest place of the flea market.... It cost me bleedin' 350€... at least! Fortunately, I made a back up of the SMC card with all the games I purchased, so they wouldn't be lost, IF I bought a phone that was compatible with them, so it HAD to a Symbian cell phone from the 60 series.... You can only guess which was the only one in my current budget... Yep, I had no option but to buy or N-Gage QD... Oddly enoughy nobody booed or throwed rotten tomatoes at me.... I also got me Tomb Raider and Bomberman just to try it out... It's not as bad as I thought, but it's nothing special either... So, whatever, boo me, laugh at me, but my phone was stolen and this was the only Symbian I could afford...

Salka Posted August 22, 2005 Or Legaia 2... oh, wait... http://www.mobygames.com/developer/sheet/view/developerId,69554/ Plus a bunch of stuff that they fail to mention.
Spaff Posted August 22, 2005 lol, a classic selection of the games I tested... it's a shame credits have to be manually added to moby games, my list would be stupidly huge and stupidly embarassing heh. I'm not allowed to list the N-Gage games ive tested beceause NDAs exist Tomb Raider Pandemonium Sonic N Super Monkey Ball Puyo Pop Pathway to Glory Tony Hawk blah blah I have done a classic games industry move and left QA for pastures new... p.s if you do have an N-Gage, there ar eno good games, but Sonic N and Pathway to Glory are your best bet... also puyo pop is fun if you like those kinda games super monkey ball is a terrible terrible port. Knar Posted August 23, 2005 I remember testing them out at E3. The games were very forgettable.
Savage Cabbage Posted August 23, 2005 N-GAGE rules. It's the cornish pasty of the mobile phone world
Nick Posted August 23, 2005 There's always the BAFTA winning Collin McRae Rally 2005 Or comming soon the excellent game System Rush *cough* But actually I'd say Pathway to Glory is one of the best N-Gage games I've seen.
Tanukitsune Posted August 23, 2005 Most of the games I saw were RPGs I never heard of, I couldn't find Sonic N in any of the stores I visited...
Graeme Posted August 23, 2005 I tested the PocketPC version of Tomb Raider (were you on that too Spaffy?), which was very effective at wrecking iPaq screens. Regardless of how bad Tomb Raider was, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (iPaq / Palm) was far, far worse. Graeme
TMCB Posted August 23, 2005 The much maligned pocket Kingdoms was pretty fun. It was a remake of Dragon Force on the Saturn.
Roderick Posted August 26, 2005 My roommate swears by his NGage. That is, as a phone. The games seem like bollocks, but there IS a certain appeal of making a call with The Taco.
