elmuerte Posted May 16, 2011 Spiders... Specifically, Yahoo! spiders. There was a bug in vBulletin back then and a change in Yahoo! spiders around the same time. End result, a lot of different spiders visited the forums in a short timespan and were identified as guests rather than spiders.
