syntheticgerbil Posted December 17, 2010 Still no digital photos of this card! Must see!
toblix Posted December 17, 2010 I have so much stuff I have to do with all the cards and presents I've promised to send out I haven't gotten around to taking a picture yet. If it's all right by Kingz I'll take one and post it as soon as I get the chance.
MrHoatzin Posted December 17, 2010 Woo! I'm glad you like it. Take some pichurs of it in its final resting place! I would imagine it would look nice in a window or some such. It is totally not allright, you're talking copyright infringement and terrorism, you pirate! You better lawyer up, asshole, 'cause I am going to fuck you up. toblix Posted December 17, 2010 Oh shit, Kingz, a smooth-talking Australian with sunglasses just talked his way into my living room and smuggled out your card disguised as a Lady Gaga CD.
Hermie Posted December 18, 2010 Oh shit, Kingz, a smooth-talking Australian with sunglasses just talked his way into my living room and smuggled out your card disguised as a Lady Gaga CD. I found your company and kisses very appealing.

Gwardinen Posted December 23, 2010 Just got my Christmas card, thanks dude! I particularly liked Monkey's cheeky little candy cane, and was impressed by how you respected Namco Bandai's copyright. Probably smart 'cause those Japs is ca-razy!* *Not really as racist as this.** **Except maybe a little, the Japanese really are nuts.
toblix Posted December 23, 2010 Being respectful of copyrights, patents and registered trademarks is the most important aspect of Christmas card makery.

DanJW Posted December 23, 2010 The true spirit of Christmas, just ask Hallmark. The Romans failed to properly protect the Saturnalia IP, leaving it open to be ripped off by Constantine for Christianity!
MrHoatzin Posted December 23, 2010 If we had more stringent copyright laws back then, maybe Christianity never would have arisen! This is the best reasoning for tight copyright I have yet heard.
ThunderPeel2001 Posted December 23, 2010 I got my wonderful and creepy Christmas drawing today. Thanks so much, Toblix! I am a complete horses ass, however, as I have not returned the favour. I feel awful. I'm really sorry. Personal stuff has either meant I've been scrambling to get things done so that I don't run out of money and become homeless, or felt completely overwhelmed with the situation and done nothing productive or useful with my time. I WILL get something to you! Thanks again, and Merry Christmas to you! (I feel like I should take a photo and share it with everyone -- would that be acceptable?) Thanks again, and Merry Christmas to you! (I feel like I should take a photo and share it with everyone -- would that be acceptable?) I am in a similar boat. Due to moving about 3 weeks ago, everything is still in too much of a shambles to have made a card to send. I only got my desk in place two days ago. I feel shitty that this means I haven't sent anything. Still have yet to receive my first piece of mail at the new address too, so if it turns out to be 'blix's card, it will be awesome. As soon as it's here, I'll take a picture of it and upload it. And if nothing else, I'll make a crude MS paint christmas card and send it to 'blix. Maybe one for the forum as a whole as well. Orv Posted December 23, 2010 Oh man! I'm totally not dead of Norwegian anthrax and I have a totally bitchin' thumbs up drawing on my wall. Your card might arrive slightly after Christmas, toblix, as I couldn't decide what to do until last night, and it has consumed most of my morning.
MrHoatzin Posted December 23, 2010 I am shocked to realize I seem to be the only responsible person here to send the card early enough to make it on time. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be shocked. Idle Thumbs! Where are those photos of the card, dude?
toblix Posted December 24, 2010 Nobody should feel bad for not sending anything or sending stuff too late. As I said before, I don't expect anything in return. Also, I sent all my stuff out too late too, and was quite surprised to hear some of you already got yours. I'll get around to the photo as soon as I've found a place for it and dug out my camera. MrHoatzin Posted December 24, 2010 I got my card just now too, woo! I'll have to make room on my altar for it! I'm curious, tho, why Robocop?
Thompson Posted December 24, 2010 Not a Toblix card, but I purchased an MBMBAM T-shirt and these sweet video game cards came with it. Who wants one? I'll write something on the back and send it to you, no promises about it's contents though. Also, it will be way late for Christmas, but whatever.
toblix Posted December 24, 2010 why Robocop? I don't have an answer for this.
Orv Posted December 25, 2010 (So as not to flood the Life thread) I'd like to wish all of you miserable bastards a Merry Christmas. I ain't Ben Hurr long (oh gods, what have I done) but I've enjoyed it quite a bit and intend to keep doing so. Cheers Thumbs.
syntheticgerbil Posted December 25, 2010 Thanks Toblix, got the card! I think it's some kind of hash brown (like the kind they gave us in our grade school cafeteria) smoking and playing videos games in the nude. He seems to have been branded on his chest as well as having a lot of pubic hair and sweat stains. It's also copyright by Disney, making it extra valuable. Merry Christmas! I also didn't get around sending anything back, but I just decided to send you something whenever, when you least expect it. I hope that's okay.
