toblix Posted February 27, 2012 What a giant, unfunny waste of actors.
Korax Posted February 28, 2012 Agreed. The parody of obvious movie cliches got old years ago. HEY GUYS GUESS WHAT MICHAEL BAY MAKES MOVIES WITH BIG ROBOTS ALSO EXPLOSIONS AND ANIMALS CAN'T REALLY PLAY SPORTS HILARIOUS, HUH?
ThunderPeel2001 Posted February 28, 2012 Yeah, it wasn't as good as that other movie parody. "Movie Title", was it?
Tanukitsune Posted February 28, 2012 This one? rbhrz1-4hN4 Damn, I didn't realized it was that overplayed, but it figures main stream media would get to it when it's too late.
Orv Posted February 28, 2012 No, see, that one's old, but it's incredible.
Tanukitsune Posted February 28, 2012 I know, I was just wondering if it's the one ThunderPeel was talking about? Or is there really that many videos of this style? Is it "Sh$T People Say" bad?
Orv Posted February 28, 2012 He probably meant that one.
Korax Posted February 28, 2012 Yeah, that one's great. Especially how they reduced everything down to descriptions of dialog and it still ended up coherent and amusing.
ThunderPeel2001 Posted February 28, 2012 He probably meant that one. I did

Gwardinen Posted March 1, 2012 ul4CZrnEFxU Hmm. Sort of interested in this film, but it does send kind of a weird message.
Lu Posted March 1, 2012 I bit of pushback on the stupidity of pop culture doesn't seem that weird to me. Also, the line ¨You know who else really rips my cock off?¨ cracked me up.
Kolzig Posted March 1, 2012 That movie is a must watch on my list ever since a friend showed me that about a month ago. Could be great, could be really bad.
Roderick Posted March 1, 2012 Knowing Bobcat Goldthwait, it'll probably be a bit o' both.
ysbreker Posted March 2, 2012 (via @chrisremo on the twitters) Not so much comical as rather cool: Some RC helicoper steadicam shots of San Fransisco: http://vimeo.com/28706477 And linked in the description a flyby of Venice Beach. Which reminds me how awesome that level was in Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 (I think, could also be 3) http://vimeo.com/34676743
elmuerte Posted March 2, 2012 That's amazing stuff. Reminds me to finish Planet Earth on BluRay
James Posted March 3, 2012 Those do a good job of connecting a scene with its larger context. One minute the camera's at eye level, the next you can see for blocks and blocks. It's a great effect. It makes me wonder how that sort of thing could be used in cinema.
Lu Posted March 3, 2012 They already do. http://vimeo.com/35432485 Check out this one. And also, I would loooove to go to the San Francisco area sometime. That's a piece of America I've never experienced before, but really want to!
ysbreker Posted March 3, 2012 They already do.http://vimeo.com/35432485 Check out this one. And also, I would loooove to go to the San Francisco area sometime. That's a piece of America I've never experienced before, but really want to! I was there last summer! I walked around some of the places in that first video. Sadly I was a bit tired from the 2 weeks I had before (New York, Washington, Grand canyon, Las Vegas) so I didn't really get to enjoy San Fransisco as much as I wanted to. I did manage to meet up with Doug Tabacco & Metallus which was nice I'm gonna try to make up for it this year, though.
