leevil Posted December 23, 2006 Hey All, I am a newby here, and I'm sorry if any of you feel like I'm crashing your party. The truth is I got a wii and I've been having a great time making mii's and I just wanted to share them and to see what other people have been creating. I only personally know two other people with wii's and I've already seen all there miis and they really aren't all that into re-creating celebrity mii's, so like Mooseferatu asked, yeah, I just did a search for people who wanted to exchange wii numbers and I stumbled upon this thread. If any of you would like to know anything about me, by all means please ask. I would love to have you all added, but if you feel uncomfortable, that's cool too!!! fildesy999 Posted December 26, 2006 right having a read through all of this there seems to be a little problem with people like me just turning up wanting to exchange Wii Numbers and no one knowing who i am well a little about myself:- i'm 23 male and from the uk i like going out drinking, Zelda, RPG's and driving games i listen to Dance (breakbeat/drum and bass/techno) music and indie/rock'n'roll ermm not really much else i can say only got me Wii yesterday so my collection of Miis is at a minimum of me, me girlfriend and a couple of mates. We usually don't get that many new members here, so when lots of people from outside the community suddenly show up to trade Wii numbers it's a bit weird. But please come in, take off your shoes, etc. As a general note to everyone who's new here, a great way to blend in is to make sure your posts have good punctuation (periods and capital letters, at least most of the time). Writing that makes me feel like a bit of a dick, even though I don't mean it in a dickish way. It's just that it makes posts a lot easier to read. Also instead of writing LOL we usually pretend to be grumpy/jaded/shifty/confused: :shifty: even though secretly we may indeed be laughing out loud. It's not the age, it's the demographic. We likes us them weird/indie/quirky games here. Of course, big name games are loved too, but if you don't know PW, there'll probably be a few games that we just rave about every now and then that you're unfamiliar with. Check 'em out if you have the opportunity, as you've just proven that they could use the exposure. On a similar note, whatever happened to Karimi's "Joining Idle Tumbs" guide? EDIT: Ah. Here it is.
