Ticket is fucking brilliant. Also, if you don't have time for a long game, Chrononauts can be fun. Time travel/card game. Although it usually ends up with just a big scrable to kill and then un-kill hitler, as that timeline has more ripples to worry about than any other.

The classic game of my youth was Escape From Atlantis. Simple and lots of fun. No dice, the random factor comes from the peices of the island itself - when they "sink" you turn them over to see what's underneath; a boat, a dolphin, a shark, a giant octopus or a sea-serpent. Heh

It's pretty much impossible to make out on my monitor too, which is unsurprising since my monitor's fairly old now and CRTs lose their ability to bring out all the darks with age.

As such anything I Photoshop/etc may be a bit brighter for some than I really intend.
