General Fuzzy McBitty Posted January 16, 2005 We got the Dungeon master guide, but not the player guide, and dont want to spend 30 bucks for the other book. How do we make characters? Any clue? Tell me I'm not the only demi-hyper nerd here...

Intrepid Homoludens Posted January 16, 2005 What is a Dungon? Is that like some vessel that holds horse shit?

Roderick Posted January 16, 2005 Breaking the chain of sarcastic ripostes, I'd like to say that I want to buy some supplemental books of the Warcraft RPG one day (when they're lessened in price) because they're great sourcebooks on everything Warcraft. There. Wasn't that beneficial?
Twilo Posted January 18, 2005 I got the 3rd Edition D&D DM guide approximately 3 months before 3.5 was announced. Motherfucking Wizards of the Coast. At least they don't get any of my money from Magic the Gathering cards anymore
lailoken Posted January 18, 2005 yeah WoC suck ass, tsr was way better, but the art is way better under the new regime... i think the main problem is that pen and paper rpgs don't really pay off. i hate the way the new system is designed to entice people to buy more stuff. because as it turns out people were not buying the supplemental material for the old system, so now you have to buy supplementals if you want to get the full benefit of the stupid system! i hate it and i think it's pure evil... and 2nd edition can be fun too if only you make some minor modifications... oh well...
