elmuerte Posted June 21, 2006 http://1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3151617&did=11 Apperently Uwe Boll challenged people to fight him, and the fight is even going to be used in his next "movie": Postal
miffy495 Posted June 21, 2006 I think I saw this on Somethingawful. Isn't one of the challengers Lowtax?

elmuerte Posted June 22, 2006 I think you'll have to wait until Postal hits the theatres. This is just a trick to get people to see his movie (just because of the fighting scene).
MrHoatzin Posted June 22, 2006 I have never seen any Uwe Boll movies. I know a guy named Uwe, though. Pretty nice dude. Professor of psychology or somesuch. Man has an amazing garden by southern Texas and any other standards.
Roderick Posted June 22, 2006 I think this is pretty funny. Maybe the guy does have some sense of humour? And if it is indeed marketing, it's inspired marketing. I've never seen a Boll movie either, but I'm dying for it. I want to see how bad it is myself.
elmuerte Posted June 22, 2006 most of the movies aren't that bad, it's just that you have to completely forget everything you know about the game the movie was based on. If you do that the movie will be simply one of those crappy hollywood movies. I only saw Alone in the Dark, haven't seen House of the Dead and BloodRayne yet. I'm not very interested in another "half-human, half-vampire" movie. As for HotD... haven't had the chance to see it.
elmuerte Posted June 22, 2006 Just saw House of the Dead... and omfg this movie is really aweful. I never even played the game, but the movie itself is simply terrible
