Ok. so wait... Wasn't John Roberts already replacing somebody? Who's replacing Roberts now? (I use the bomb in the absence of an actual head exploding from confusion.)

Roberts was one of the possibilities to replace Day O'Connor. He doesn't need to be replaced.
