It was, though. I'm always surprised by just how many people purport to hate the guns in Mirror's Edge. Shooting was shit, yes. But being shot at was fine and also fun.

I don't think I've ever heard that word before, which makes me think "obtuse" is just one of those definitions that's changed over time to mean something it didn't used to.

I have played the multiplayer. I don't mind the tablet normally, just in this game.

Suffice it to say I disagree with everything you're saying, for one reason only: that fucking gamepad is too fucking big and unwieldy for motion controls in a fast-paced game. Half an hour of playing even the single player and I have to quit because my wrists are hurting. I can't imagine playing more than three rounds of the multiplayer - obviously a much more demanding situation - at a time, which basically means I have no inclination to play the multiplayer. As for what I actually quoted: dunno. Can't explain it. It just did. It only happened once. Have you never experienced motion sickness while playing a game? That's what it was.

Super Mario Sunshine is fantastic though. Splatoon makes me want a new one of those. (Which is appropriate.) Ah it was so good!

The Ghostbusters game is great! Especially because they stole my likeness for the main character (aka, the nameless rookie)!

Badfinger: it's possible! I don't know what cardomom is and I don't typically like ginger, but that doesn't mean I hate it in everything. Suppose it wouldn't hurt to order one box and see how it goes. Problem is every time I try tea on a whim I kind of hate it, except for that one time in South Korea... HERE'S HOPIN'. Haha I recently gave up coffee so I could save money (and be a little healthier, but mostly to save money, if I'm honest), so I'd rather not go back to Starbucks! D:

Yeah I don't know what I had either. It was literally just called hot cinnamon tea! I don't blame anyone for having boo idea what it could be. D: I have tried chai before from a peets coffee. Wasn't into it, but maybe they just have bad chai.

I put some chicken and salsa in my slow cooker and it makes for good tacos. The meat is a little... dry? I dunno. It's better than anything I'd make on a normal night, though. (i.e., nothing) But I'm here for another reason! This is about tea. Not cooking. Well maybe it counts. I dunno. It's something you consume, so! Anyway, the only good memory I have of being stuck in Seoul for a month was visiting a place called "Old Tea Shop", where pretty little birds fly around as you drink tea. I had hot cinnamon tea. It was delicious. So delicious. I'm not a big tea person but I do remember thinking if all tea was this good I'd never stop drinking it. Someone tell me how to make good hot cinnamon tea.

I also enjoyed the single-player. On another note, I wish the motion controls in this game used the wiimote pointer. That'd be much better. I agree that the motion controls are better than the stick, but, then, what isn't? Stick for aiming is hot trash. I can't play this game for extended periods of time because of the control method. For whatever reason, I haven't felt physically ill since the first time, but it's still less than stellar. \:

Finally got to (and through!) my first Serious Arc in Gintama. Next episode opens up with the vice-chief emptying a pound of mayonnaise on his food. We're back!

Hmm, I knew all that, but I always assumed OP/ED were English in origin (and were sort of... weeaboo'd), not Japanese, so I guess I was thinking about it from the wrong angle. I never bothered to investigate 'cause I don't care all that much!! -
Wow the amiibo stuff in this game is junk. I thought it was whole new content plus a free costume or something, but no, it's the same levels I just completed, except now with a different weapon/power. Also I have to beat them to get the items. At least the inkling one is fun to rush through in squid form all the time, but the charger does not make for a good experience in those levels.
