Yeah I almost bought it this morning, but then I didn't. O: Basically, I know I'm not going to get to it right away, and the sale isn't big enough to make me jump on it. When I want to play it, I'll pay that piddly extra four bucks!

Yo this shit is so slick, though. I didn't play much last night 'cause I had a headache, but man everything was just so smooth and quick. Also the overthrow game mode is fun. I don't like the free-for-all as much (I pretty much universally prefer team-based games), but yeah it's nice. NICE.

If it's any consolation, Chris, I literally didn't even realize "Fallout Shelter" was a fallout shelter until you pointed out because I have the Name Subtitle pattern so deeply entrenched in the folds of my mind. Obviously I know what a fallout shelter is, but man my brain didn't even want to think about looking in that direction. The second you started talking about it, I felt quite foolish. -
I'm willing to bet the nausea is something you can acclimate to (i.e. it won't happen or will happen less frequently) over time. Start with the easy stuff, work your way up to the hard stuff. The human brain is supposed to be pretty good at adapting to new things, right?

I just meant they wouldn't be mad about the lack of a Metroid game. Well, they might be, but it would just be the usual whining, not the insanity. I thought blast ball looked kinda boring, to be honest, but once I saw the other parts of the game I was sold. And then oh it's Metroid. Oh well! It's a shame because they're obviously in a transition phase, and it's hard to make people happy when you have nothing to show any time soon.

the steam game i'm in (which just started, for this new day) is already at 1620 they're going through more than three levels a second this is mesmerizing actually, let's do the math, at 16m, they're at 1768, so 1768/(16*60) okay so only 1.8416666... levels per second, but still... hey i'm at level 2100 in the time it took to do this math in the windows calculator i looked away and now i'm at 2600 (19:40)

Multiple playthroughs. The game also trains you to explore every nook and cranny. And there's always going to be someone curious about what happens if you try to go back and explore the world some more. -

Star Fix impressions are negative? That's a real shame, it's the first time I've ever wanted to play one. ): Something about it just looks fun. Regarding Metroid, there's a petition to cancel its development... Christ people are babies. I dunno why anyone's surprised, though. Metroid has been that kind if franchise for a while. Also it looks like it might be fun after all, so get over it, you internet man children.

I hope they don't make it too easy as backlash against all you people. Mirror's Edge was just right in terms of balance between having to figure things with all these obstacles in the way and and then finally getting that one good run.

There were some people complaining about being shot at, if not in this thread, then elsewhere. But yes. I'm of the opinion that most people who hated guns in the first game actually tried using them. I never did!

Incorrect! There are guns, you just can't use 'em. Which is perfect since why would you use them ever in the first game!
