Oh man, that guard break change sounds great - but also means it'll be easier for everyone so i prepare to be spammed with it. This game can definitely be frustrating - some of the timing quirks just have to be worked out through practice. It doesn't help that the tutorials aren't amazing, but there s that 1v1 duel mode practice mode.

Don't forget the people who think Obama is running a shadow government blocks away from the whitehouse and has an army of agitators at his disposal.

I really need to figure out parrying/guard break - I still feel like I can never consistently do that in a real fight.

Man, a race of robotic terminators who call themselves "The Collaborators" is a pretty great. I second Chris's recommendation, that thing is a game changer - great for scraping fond as well!

I played the last few hours of that beta with a buddy, man this game is really satisfying. It's nice when you feel yourself go from flailing about button mashing, to learning a few combos and figuring out that characters "style" and how to use them semi-effectively.

I don't disagree with any of the points made, I was just more openly wondering what made the community react like that towards her opposed to the other women who have been well receieved by the community (even in situations where they have been loud and drunk). Obviously the internet at large has an issue with the way it reacts to women in general, I just wonder about the pyschology behind stuff like this.

I don't know if that's exactly fair, but then again I'm not super clued in on the community. It seems like other women are pretty well receievd (Mary Kish, Zoey Quinn, Samanath Kalman , Gita Jackson, etc). I thought she was a little grating on her first appearance (ala Greg Miller) but generally enjoyed her - sucks to see the community run off someone with an interesting point of view!

Good advice! A month in and I'm feeling more sure of myself - still have a lot to learn, but i'm feeling better and haven't screwed anything up in a major way yet hah.

Does anyone know when Season 3 is coming out? I've been hankering for some Elite but don't want to pick up Horizons yet if Season 3 is around the corner - cursory googling has led me down several paths hah.

I'm actually kind of leaning towards picking up a New 3DS for cheap and just waiting to see how this turns out - should be an interesting time!

Yeah, I just finished my ME1 play-through - going to try to go through ME2, and 3 before Andromeda gets here. Might have to hop into multiplayer - didn't realize it was still pumping!
