Wait, what list is this again? There have been a lot of lists bandied about.

What the hell are they doing that requires taking down the service for 10 hours a night every night for a whole week, and during US primetime?

Now that all the DLC is out, I've been thinking about playing through this again. Did they ever fix the 60 fps durability bug on PC?- 1284 replies

So, has anyone ever tried any of the Legend of the River King games? I saw the second one landed on the 3DS eShop a few weeks ago, and it got me interested. The most recent one came out on regular DS 5 years ago or so, I could sill buy that and play it on a 3DS right?

From descriptions in the team streams, it sounds like it's basically just going to be a different skill tree and some extra shoulder armor, so it shouldn't be too resource intensive. I really help they get enough sales to make DLC 4th class.

Hmm, I didn't find hard to read myself. He tuned in expecting something less conversational and more critical, and was dissapointed. I'd love for Chris to respond in more detail if he has time.

Except a lot more painful.

What is an acceptable display item then?

Yeah, it might be for the best anyway. I'm surprised at the value I've gotten for my $20 on this project and I wanted to donate more and maybe get a perk or two for my trouble, but oh well.

The backer beta approaches. I tried to upgrade my pledge to the $50 level after all the fun I've had watching the development of this game, but I was denied the upgrade : ( Anyone else going to get to play this next week?

Brutal Legend is definitely one of my favorite DF games. Really, it's what got me to notice them as a studio. I also liked Trenched and Doublefine Happy Action Theatre a lot. I'm pretty meh on Psychonaughts, Costume Quest, Broken Age, and Spacebase. But in the end, the enthusiasm they show has made all of my purchases worth it. Seeing Brad Miur demo his game at PAX for our small little group was one of my best experiences of the weekend.

Looks like you've got some extra garbage on there. http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2014/10/15/elite-dangerous-diary-1

Hmm, crafting addiction, that's something that I can sympathise with. It's what kept FF13 going for me (and eventually killed it as well.)

Publising it has advantages, in that it might encourage others that have been suffering silently to speak up. Awareness is important. You might not win over anybody, but just reminding the people that are with you that there's a problem that still needs to be addressed can be helpful. Basically the same as the Planned Parenthood political phone calls that were brought up in another thread.

They say it's safe, but aren't they just a little worried that if the reaction gets loose it might start chaining to all the hydrogen in the atmophere? Not that it stopped them when testing the Atomic Bomb. Worrying aside, this is really awesome if it's true.

My wife is currently working on studying for the top level Japanese proficiency test. She might be pursuaded to do some practice translation. What was it you wanted done?

I have a friend who bought it so I'm probably going to play some multiplayer with him tonight and goof around. Unfortunately, that may lead to me buying it, no matter how dumb it is.

Each Sam and Max episode generally has 1 or 2 difficult puzzles, with the rest being fairly logical and easy. If and when you decide to play them, I'd love to see complete posts like you did for the Lucas Arts games. I'd love to relive those but I'm not sure I'm up for actually playing them again.

At least it only fines you 400 euro for completely running over another car. Damn England and their speed cameras and backwards roads though.

Gamespot review is less than complementary. http://www.gamespot.com/reviews/fantasy-life-review/1900-6415904/ I'll have to give this a think.

The Peacekeeper Wars is excellent, though it can be hard to find streaming. I had to buy the DVD.

I think that's a pretty common thing tech-company wide. Microsoft does the same thing on the Redmond campus. For contractors they want to keep, they simply give you high enough pay to make it through the 3 months break and then bring you back on.

Hmm, Charlemagne came out today with limited fanfare.

Interesting, I'll have to look into this.
