toblix Posted January 10, 2007 I just started playing this, but boy oh boy does it look good! I was sort of expecting it to look like shit after playing the first two Bones, but this is looking sweet! Also, by the eternal love of Jesus the Lord Christ of Nazareth, I can skip dialogue! This feature alone makes the purchase worth it! This is good, since I already paid for the entire episode.

toblix Posted January 10, 2007 Why skip some of the finest pieces of dialogue in adventure comedy history? Well, while I love good dialogue, I don't love good dialogue that's repeated too often.
toblix Posted January 12, 2007 Okay, it's hint time! I've knocked out Peepers and Whizzer (or whatever they're called), and I'm trying to get to the guy outside. I figure I'm supposed to get him to come over to the grafitti piece below the office window and then stee-rike him with the bowling ball. How do I get him over there? Do I mess up the picture? With what? There's some ink and stuff over at the psychotherapist's, but I can't take it. Do I need to do more driving?
Jake Posted January 13, 2007 There's a can of spray paint by one of the Brady Culture graffitis.
toblix Posted January 14, 2007 Just finished it. That was great! It's like they were tapping into what made me love adventure games back in the nineties, and not sucking like most new adventure games. Although I didn't much like the Bones, this was beautiful, funny and fun. Dialogue puzzles rock! For what I paid for the entire season, it didn't feel too short either. Six episodes like this is more than worth it. Now for episode two. Is there a schedule for the season, or is it like the Half-Lifes?
Marek Posted January 14, 2007 There was a 2 month gap between episode 1 and episode 2. There will be one month gaps between all episodes until episode 6.

toblix Posted January 15, 2007 That's totally awesome! Any word on how well these are doing? Are more seasons guaranteed? Are even all the episodes in season 1 a sure thing?
Marek Posted January 15, 2007 I don't have any actual insider knowledge like others have, but I'd count on all episodes being made. I'd be surprised if season 2 was already a done deal though. zozole003 Posted January 21, 2007 (edited) heres my problem, i dont know what to do next: [/i went to brady cultures "home", took a symptome form, gave it to Sybil and what do i have to do next?(i know i have to answer something tro Sybil so she could fill the form). -------- buy vaporizer Edited January 17, 2011 by zozole003
Jake Posted January 21, 2007 Once you've given the form to Sybil and it's sitting on her desk, ask sybil to psychoanalyse you. And Toblix, yeah all six episodes will definitely come out. Three is already done, four is being finished up in the next couple of weeks, the environment modelers are already well into five, and the writers are working on plotting out six. zozole003 Posted January 21, 2007 (edited) ok i ask her to psichoanalyse me but what do i have to answer to her (i can't figure that out)? ________ NX650 Edited January 18, 2011 by zozole003
Jake Posted January 21, 2007 You should be able to look at the paper to see what the different symptoms are. For instance one of them is, I believe, a violent reaction to dentristry. So you can ask her to do some free association and then when she mentions a word relating to dentistry (or teeth or something like that really), pull out your gun. She'll take that to be a violent reaction, and check it off on the symptoms list
toblix Posted January 21, 2007 I'm a bit into the second game now, and I have to say I'm loving all these special sequences, like the dream sequence and the sitcom one. This, combined with the excellent dialogue puzzles really does it for me. Not in a sexual way, of course. But close.

miffy495 Posted January 22, 2007 Emmy, autograph, Mann's Chinese theater, cheering crowd... All fame related. You may be going for fame, as it changes from game to game what you need to be obsessed with. If you are going for fame, your last answer should be the one about the flashbulb. If you're going for something else, well then all your other answers are wrong. There are answers related to the obsession that you need, so just think 'em through. Good luck. Oh, and welcome to the Thumb.
