In India you can walk into a pharmacy, wave a wad of cash about and say you left your prescription at home, and buy out their entire stock of Valium One of my friends went on weekly quests to try and find every pharmacy within walking distance, as he discovered they don't like it if you try the same thing again in the same phamacy.
