I am also teased by that Interstellar trailer.

I secretly (in the kind of way that I tell anyone anytime it's brought up) want to watch all of Sailor Moon. I used to watch it religiously on Toonami. My friend and I in grade school had a bunch of printouts detailing various characters in both DBZ and Sailor Moon and we put them in a binder and talked about them all the time. He also told me that in Japan Sailor Moon gets NAKED for her transformation WHOA. Well that was a bunch of memories out of nowhere. Anyway, yeah, Sailor Moon.

Well I also sorta disagree with your rephrasing but not in any way that's important or relevant to anything important (just dumb nitpicking as before) so cool! EDIT: uhhhhhhh listen this whole post was meant to be silly but it doesn't at all read like that so just shut up and go eat dinner or something twig -
I agree with SAM. The only mistake Nintendo made was not using the female skin as the default for an easy "check it out, another female character!" headline or whatever. I think everyone just assumed it'd be an alternate skin, so... hurray we were right!

I didn't list either Summer Wars or Redline just because they were movies, but yeah, they're both really good and just a lot of GOOD FUN. Good fun. Gooooooood. fun

Death Note is good until it's not. You all know the point, if you've seen it. I don't even have to describe it. We all wish it had ended there. Dang. Anyway, people were talking about shitty 3D CG in anime like one page ago and I had nothing to add other than "ugh it's disgusting" so I opted to not add anything. But then I started watching the latest episode of JoJo and I was reminded of how holy butts rad the OP is. I don't know if it's because JoJo is just naturally over-the-top stylish or if it's because they didn't do the typical "try to make it look like 2D animation" bullshit or if it's because they put way more effort into the OP than they otherwise would into the actual show, but it's pretty awesome. I hesitate to say it, almost, but I kinda would like to see the entire JoJo look like that. It'd also make their ridiculous-pose scenes even more ridiculous, which is perfect for JoJo. Anyway that's that. Here's my since-five-years-ago list of things I really like that I will not bother to make a case for because I have an extremely broad spectrum of taste and also an extremely tolerant attitude toward stupid shit that other people might hate. Well, usually, anyway. So yeah here: (2009) Kaiji Bakemonogatari (2010) Durarara!! Tatami Galaxy Arakawa Under the Bridge (2011) Nichijou Kyousougiga (2012) Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day From the New World Humanity Has Declined Hyouka (2013) Samurai Flamenco The Eccentric Family Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet Log Horizon Kill la Kill Hozuki no Reitetsu (2014 all currently airing, so whatever) Nanana's Buried Treasure The World Is Still Beautiful Tonari no Seki-kun I didn't list any Second Seasons that came out during these years, even though I might otherwise recommend them, because I'm weird like that. First season of Mushishi is pretty old at this point. 2005! Wow. 9-years-later season two, eh? I also didn't necessarily list everything I like. I also chose not to list a few things because of some particularly egregious fanservice flaws that I know put some people off pretty easily (not undeservedly! I just have a higher tolerance for it I guess). Some of these still have some, but well whatever. I'm weird. There's also a sort of bias toward more recent years, which I attribute mostly to Crunchyroll and partly to me having dropped out of downloading tons of anime. Mostly Crunchyroll.

I just laughed out loud when I finally saw it, so I'm with you. Am I a dad? I'm single and 27. I guess I'm a dad. -
I got an email about a gameplay programmer position at one of my favorite developers yesterday after applying almost a year ago. I gotta study up on my programmings now because this is IT if I don't get this job I am QUITTING LIFE. Well, anyway, guess I'll go like do some practice whiteboard stuff or something.

I feel like you just got all defensive on me when I was just making a point of clarifying. -
so yeah watch haruhi it's pretty funny
-
if you watch haruhi make sure you watch all of season two it is so good
-
On PC it's common, or used to be, but less so as more and more FPS games are console ports without standard options.

Dota's fantasy beta already happened at the last International. Then another run during the last Dreamleague. I'm pretty sure this is It, now. Season One BEGINS! Could be wrong, though! -
Haha, 100 hours and you think you're average? Get out, scrub. PLZ. Number one factor in preventing motion sickness in FPS for me was turning up the field of view. In fact, I just realized something. I think Half-Life 2, the first video game that ever gave me motion sickness (THAT AIRBOAT, C'MON), like debilitating, could not play for more than five minutes in that fucking airboat section... was also the first game I ever played on a widescreen. And I had no idea what field of view even was until a year after that and read about it somewhere on the topic of optimizing your FPS=experience or whatever. What I'm getting at is field of view wasn't an issue for me before I got a widescreen monitor. This is relevant. Anyway, it doesn't always help ENOUGH, but it often helps significantly. There are still some games that make me go bworf. Mostly older games, but whatever.

I used to have shin pains every time I tried to run before this. I suspect its because I had a really hard time running "correctly" with shoes on. My running now is always barefoot or in socks on a treadmill. My legs are never sore now that I've gotten past the first week, and that was just muscle ache, not shin pain. This is a just personal experience though and I have no idea if its even true or if I just got better at running somehow. Either way, socks on treadmill probably not a good idea. I've never even come close to slipping but everyone always warns me of it.

It's worth zero, in my opinion.
-
Man if that was like actually true (and I guess it was supposed to be sorta based on interviews about FC3??????????) that'd be fantastic. Too bad.
-
Well that one's at least understandable because all non-whites look the same to me.

Holy Priceless Collection of Etruscan Snoods, Did You Guys Know About Hot Toys?!
Twig replied to toblix's topic in Idle Banter
Well, Evangelion is stupid so the weird side projects might as well also be stupid! boosh -
I actually won't be able to officially join until tomorrow night, but as you said that's when you hope to have it filled, I figure that's cool! Don't have access to the Dotos until then. I will join, though! I should also be around for the drafting, but might not. I'm going to lose anyway so it's not like it's a huge deal if I Extra Lose, but I'll try!

It was a lot of fun, though, for being shit!

Yeah science sucks.
