I think it's funny that they continue to use friend codes. I also think it's funny that it's such a big deal. I've never cared either way, and they've improved the system since their inception. I know when I log in for the first time, it's going to suggest all the friends I've added across their various apps. If I don't have a connection yet, I get a screenshot or picture of the code via text or Slack or something and I'm in business. Basically:

I find it very funny they made Skyrim such a huge focus. Who would even consider that a selling point. But then again I've never much cared for those games. I guess there's something to be said for making it portable...?

Well I bought a PS4 specifically for Bloodborne and there was nothing else I cared about for a long while. I am definitely not suggesting that my anecdote is the norm, though, haha. I just love Nintendo games, and know I'll never be disappointed. And I had faith the PS4 would eventually have enough games to justify my purchase. It has had more than enough! I can't keep up. ): And they keep coming. Forever. ): Hell, I know I'd play plenty of Xbone exclusives, but I actively choose not to buy that one because what's the point, I'm so busy as is!! Also maybe I'm a weirdo, but five games is more than enough for me for a console, considering I rarely have time to play more than that spread across the various platforms I own. Austin's presence and influence on the Beastcast was strong and has continued to echo for quite a while since his departure. The latest episode where they specifically call out PewDiePie and firmly state that it's wrong and it wasn't funny and etc. was good and true. But Dan's presence is worrying. It's notable. His influence is one of "I'm a wacky guy because I'm so weird" and I hope they continue to fight that urge and continue to confront issues like PewDiePie and others from here on out. I stopped listening to the Bombcast a while ago because of Dan.

I mean Skyward Sword is a good game. I stand very firmly in the position that there are no Bad Zelda games. (I haven't played A Link Between Worlds! Or Spirit Tracks!) There are some that are worse than others, sometimes dramatically, but they're still decent games, if not great. Twilight Princess would be the highest on my list of "bad" Zelda games, but I still thoroughly enjoy it. And yes I'm ignoring the CDi games you BUTT. You know who you are! I see you smirking, there, in the shadows. But. Skyward Sword still has some very glaring flaws. The hours-long dull-as-heck tutorial, he hand-holding at every turn... No, the point of a wash, as I understand it, is to fill in the cracks and crevices with a darker color. See also: The wash settles in the recesses to give them a shaded appearance. It's not supposed to dry all blotchy like on the other guy. Also typically you're supposed to use same-color washes, but I'm just throwing brown on everything to make the zombies look dirty, obviously.

I have yet to do any highlighting of any sort because i don't know what to do. Weeee! I think that looks pretty good! The shield looks a bit splotchy maybe, but I like the armor. O:

Thanks! I did another one. Much like the first zombie, this one's "umber wash" came out very splotchy, but it seems worse and more noticeable on the plain white shirt. Oh well. EDIT: i just now realized i forgot the glowing eyes oops

I think he means "ult" vs "ulti". 1 vs 2. "Ulti" is more clear because it's more distinct and sounds less like an accidental mouthfart than "ult" does.

almost two years after first posting in this thread i've painted my first miniature only thing i wanna do is paint the base a color to represent that it's a "walker" in zombicide, but i haven't decided on a color scheme yet so i'll get back to it some other time anyway so now that's that life goal achieved, time to toss it in the garbage
