Ugh. Wasn't going to go for this post but fuck it, I don't understand Frenetic Pony's post at all. I plain just don't understand how you think you have tried all builds possible for Lords you like. Are you playing Drow and Sniper exclusively? Some Lords have a more limited pool of items than others. Drow is an example of this. Bounty Hunter, QoP, most support heroes, Viper, Alchemists are good examples of the opposites. You can build anything on QoP and it will be good. I've heard my LoL playing peasant friends talk about their "main", at which point I say "what in the fuck are you talking about?". Play more Lords. Play all random. Play all Lords. Learn how items work. Use items on heroes where they are not in the guide because fuck guides you know what's up. Why do you want change? What would that change be? The game changes by itself even without patches. New strategies, item builds, hero compositions are discovered. I am genuinely curious about what you meant here.

Yep. It is a completely awful system. LoL is LoL, dota is dota, and that is fine. Don't bring that m-o-b-a garbage to dota please. Don't even SAY IT.

Those bars fill up in relation to the players you are playing against. If the game thinks you are the lord of bads you would get full bars. I have some bars that are filled up, but I'm not going to the International 3.

You don't need to kill anything to not get kicked. Dealing damage is enough, or just moving your camera. I feel your pain though. I always try to finish games instead of standing outside the fountain. Never really seen the fun in that. Some people are just dicks I guess.

Yep. Although Icefrog excludes heroes from tournaments until they are balanced. Centaur Warrunner was added in late october and is still standing on the sidelines.

Dota2 is at 6.77c now so its just one version behind. Valve did however imply that any big balance changes would wait until after the International 3.

Morrowind did that more than Skyrim for me, but morrowind may be too outdated in graphics by this point. I think it's because it rained in Morrowind, and the sound design + music was/is amazing.

I don't know how it is in LoL. But dota2 is better than HoN and real-dota at least. The steps they have taken to improve it work somewhat, although they can do a lot more because the community is still pretty shitty.

I received 6 last time I got invites. Got a ton sitting in my inventory if anyone still haven't experienced dota.

It will also link you to creeps. 6 linked targets at max level. So thats double damage or so if you hit a creep wave.
