I've been trying to get back into art lately and decided to start with pixel art after getting annoyed with Manga Studio. Any ways I started with this from a few years ago (2014 I think?) as a base: And then used that as a base for these with some reference photos: I need to break out of the mold a bit. And you know, maybe have the fox look in a different direction. But not bad for only being back at it for a few days. Do need to work on sizing images though.

Online Tabletop Role-Playing Extravaganza

Just don't expect to download it tonight. You have to download it through Paizo's site and it's being hammered right now. -
My brain can be roughly didveded between two parts. This vine: https://twitter.com/VAbsurda/status/702735255719903232 And this video: (And yes I did link to a tweet where I make the exact same joke but I don't know how to post just a video on this site so that's just how it goes.)

To show you how much I know about hip hop my first thought was "Isn't he the guy who thinks the world is flat?" -

"What's that? Isengrim is trapped in a museum with a crazy lady and a dude who has a fetish for tornadoes?!? I have to save him!" *Cut to a scene of a wolf on a subway car on it's way to the museum* "Man I knew we had a coyote problem around here but these things are getting BIG" As long as there's a way to make it work. It's just that if it doesn't work it's a waste of points and storytelling potential so I wanted to bring it up. As for a name I'll come up with something at some point soon. -
The Division - Tom Clancy Presents Ubisoft's Tom Clancy's The Division, By Ubisoft

I lean towards PS4 myself due to hacking and UPlay, but most people who've posted seem to be leaning towards PC so I guess I'm heading there as well. Depending on reviews anyways. -

My first thought is that everything went pretty well! Any issues I had were ones that will get eased over as we all gel more as a group. The only issue I had is that I misread the merit for familiar and thought I need four points for it to manifest at all. Really that just makes it a familiar that exists in the real world at all times, which is fine, but with a wolf as a familiar it makes it hard to take any where other then the woods. Which the game allows for, I don't need to be near the thing at all. I could have it on the moon and it would matter. Aside from the lack of oxygen anyways. But unless this campaign takes a left turn that is really specific to my character it seems like a waste of both points and storytelling potential so I need to think about what I want to do about that. My main options seem to be A: A house rule of some sort. B: a slight re-spec of one point to bring it down to three points. Or C: Telling people its a really big service dog, which given that it has a -2 to perception to anyone other then me is doable. I lean towards C but if anyone has opinions let me know. I figure I have until the next scenario starts to figure it out so I have time. -

That's fine by me. But if we go to a cave to kill some goblins I might find it a bit out of place. -

Sorry I've had a busy week and forgot to post aspirations. For short aspirations I'll go with "Get to know these people" for getting to know the other characters, and "Figure out my place in the world". Longer term I'll say "Learn about the Fae and what they've done to my brother". For the awakening I was thinking he was out camping in the woods came across a wolf, started backing up to get away fell down a cliff, almost died, scary visions all that jazz, woke as a mage and the wolf was his familiar. That's all I got. As for a mic I have a Yeti mic I was trying to setup but everyone told me the webcam mic was fine so I never set it up. I'll work on getting that working before tomorrow. -
Another option if anyone is looking for a server is Gamers With Jobs forum posters host both modded and unmodded servers running and are pretty coold with adding new people. The unmodded one has a limit of ten users at once but the modded one is more of an "Everything goes until something melts" kind of deal. You will need to sign up and ask to be added to the whitelist though. Go here for modded: https://www.gamerswithjobs.com/node/1298849 And here for unmodded:https://www.gamerswithjobs.com/node/1287531

I always get the season pass because mods will often require assets from them so sometimes you need it just to play the best mods.
-
It's also worth noting that the season pass price will be going up to $50 on March 1st. And I believe they have even more DLC planned then what is listed above.
-
I also bought it for the elite controller and to play the Master Chief Collection and Sunset Overdrive at some point. I'm just waiting for digital copies of them to go on sale. Rare Replay was the main reason for the system though.

Well that was fun! Sorry I didn't come more prepared but I think I turned it around fairly well. And apologies if I said something rude without realizing it. I have been known to do so, and if I did feel free to let me know. I think I was okay but for any and all future events I thought I would put that out there. -

Any time after 7MST should work on Saturdays. Something might come now and then but as a rule that's an okay time. Might be able to do earlier on Saturday's and Sundays as well but I have a long term house cleaning project that I don't decide the time on so I can't make guarantees before 7:PM. -

I'm doing my best to get thorough this book but man I was not expecting i to be such a slog. I'm about through chapter one, and two seems a bit more readable, so I think I should be about done with those. But I'm thinking I'll just skim chapter three if that's alright. As for what I want out of the game I'm done for just about anything but I'd rather this not be an erotic adventure if possible. Not that the game seems wholly focused on that, and I don't mind it being an adult game, but I'd rather it be a soft R then a hard X. (Ba Dum Tish) -
I bought a Vita for Persona 4 Golden. I ended up not loving that version for the Fanservice it adds (Hey this character has gender identity issues, what should we add for this remake? Boob jokes!) but overall I don't regret it. I bought an Xbone for Viva Pinata Trouble In Paradise. I'll buy something else for it at some point.

Wiz 8 is actually a really playable game by today's standards. I played a bit of it a few years ago and was surprised at how well the UI held up. It's clunky for sure, but it's way more playable then it has any right to be. But! The steam version is supposedly broken though, so GOG is your only option. And as they sponsor Totalbiscuit I can't wholeheartedly endorse buying from them. You can of course make your own decisions on that.

I can't really speak to the specifics of many games, I've mostly played the Etrian games and those cut out a lot of what I'm told didn't work in the older games in the genre. And focuses in on the party building and dungeoneering that worked, as opposed to the overwhelming systems of Wizardry and it's ilk that, while it has it's own appeal, tends to make the games hard to get into. The newer ones tend to be balanced enough that things like Magic Wall can't break it quite so much. And to the best of my knowledge the dark room with traps you can't see concept has died off for the most part.
