I've gotten a bunch of GBA games for three bucks each (Mario World, 3, Kart, etc) and Space Channel Five Part 2 for ten.

Well, Halloween is come and gone. I got most of my Halloween viewing in (I usually don't) and all the candy goes on discount tomorrow when the Christmas aisles start going up.

Speaking of Nintendo surprisingly taking customer feedback to heart, this is from this week's shareholder meeting: That's obviously not a guarantee that they'd ever make things region free, but I appreciate how surprisingly honest this is.

I have both of these on the 3DS as part of the ambassador program! Fortunately younger me took exceptionally good care of her shit and as such I still have the boxes for both of those in pristine condition.

I like to think I've done a pretty good job of assembling a decent GBA collection long after the fact. The Micro was seventy, shipping included. The games that I didn't already own from when I was a kid (2 Pokémon games, Super Mario Advance, both Golden Suns, and Drill Dozer) were all super cheap. I think the most I paid for one was twelve bucks for Mario & Luigi. Fortunately there's not enough nostalgia surrounding the GBA for prices to be super high, but they're starting to get up there.

I mean in the enforceable sense. There's almost certainly some piece of legislation in supasheep's state, province or country about licensing as it pertains to the sale of addictive substances (especially if these are the kind with nicotine in them).

I've been seriously considering making a thread for Shantae and the Pirate's Curse instead of clogging up the 3DS thread with it, because it's an absolutely fantastic game (that I'm replaying in New Game Plus mode) and I feel compelled to convince as many people as possible to play it. I'm also playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf, because Halloween!

It's Itou Junji No Neko Nikki: Yon and Mu. Ito's well aware of the creepy face... ...because it's based on his real cat. Also, I've only read a little of The Drifting Classroom, but really liked it. I've mentioned some of Kazuo Umezu's other work (like the fantastic Cat Eyed Boy) in other threads. Nothing could ever possibly top the incredible head trip film version of The Drifting Classroom, directed by Nobuhiko Obayashi of Hausu fame and inexplicably featuring Troy Donahue. -

Best possible slip of Hariyama. I've encountered a Tropius, and Steven once sent me on a mission to find a Skitty. I had to redo it and it changed to a Poochyena. Also I think the villains have used Carvanha and Camerupt.
