Sim city will have a store (page 9 of the manual) SIMCITy STORE Click the banner on the main menu to enter the SimCity Store. Here, you’ll find special add-ons for sale. Select STORE to view the full list of additional game content (both free and paid) that can provide you with new gameplay possibilities Hopefully it'll just be a place to buy the expansions (British pack, etc) like in the sims and not delve into micro transactions -

I'm on 138 now there's a character unlock at 140 that I'm striving for but then I think ill give up. When you complete all the championships you get an Xbox avatar racer, so I'm been driving around with my plant vs zombies mask on I think a Daytona car is unlocked at 160, but I think it'll be very hard work to get there

I've got like 134 stars now i think, without grinding much. But i've kinda hit a brink wall and i'm going to have to go back and see if i can get some 3 star race wins. The career mode adds an expert 4th star to every event when you get to the mirror tracks. i've 4 starred all the ring races with samba de amigo, and 4 starring the tank battles shouldn't be to much trouble I've started playing through the tournaments on hard, and the game has really clicked with me. Its really good! All the medium and hard tracks that you unlock are excellent, and the final track wouldn't be out of place in f zero

Gah God, practically everyone in the United Kingdom treated skyfall like it was the second coming. Work friends: it was amaaaassssszing!!! Hmm I happened to watch it in the same viewing as my girlfriends parents. That awkward moment after the film when you are surrounded by gushing arse holes as you leave the theatre 'BESZt BOZn FILM EVAaaas' and your inlaws ask you "that was fantastic, what did you think?"..., "um,it was ok"

Another very weird moment was after firing the guns walking next door into the shop and seeing I could purchase an AK47 for about 2-3 weeks wages All of that for sale..... http://maps.gstatic.com/m/streetview/?q=&layer=c&z=17&sll=36.100532,-115.111326&cid=16680121330685343586&panoid=7DEne_YWjwe0AbUcNocCnQ&cbp=13,9.4805213889925319,,0,0 -
Idle Thumbs 92: The Mind-Tech Contingency

I fired guns in Vegas. (The gun store, it's just off the strip) I fired a desert eagle (so I could pretend to be agent smith) with hollow point rounds, which is kinda pointless when you're firing at a piece of paper, but they looked cool in the oily magazine. And a M4. The experience was really strange and not what I was expecting at all. I was expecting huge recoil off the desert eagle (as I'd seen a woman hit herself in the face on youtubes) but there wasn't. Then I couldn't figure out how to hold the M4 properly as they gave me one with a vertical handle sticking out the bottom of the barrel, and although there is a kick again there was no really sense of power, these guns are designed with shock absorbers and what not. It ultimately just felt like I was holding a toy. I tried firing most of the magazine in continuous fire, holding down the trigger, to see if I could get two bullets to fire in relatively the same direction... I sprayed the entire fucking room. I thought the experience would have real weight, I'd feel that I was firing a death machine of huge power and consequence... I actually felt nothing apart from a little awkward and embarrassed about what a terrible shot I was. Scary. --- I had a job a few years ago where people could request brouchers from us over the internet, and i'd do a daily run to the post box where i'd dump all the previous days requests, until... 'The Post Man' tracked us down and told us off, we apparently weren't allowed to just post stuff and had to pay for a business account from the post office Boooooo I got all excited about Simcity and hoped they'd be making a new iPad version... They're not  ^ that basketball gif is amazing -

Dark/demon souls. Those first few hours in each game are incredibly immersive, prolly because you have to concentrate so much. And the original half life, journey, shadow of the colossus, original tomb raider, metroid prime, portal 1 + 2

The ps4 controller Sources close to the hardware have revealed to us that PS4 will ship with a redesigned controller which is the same size as an existing DualShock but features a small touchpad in place of the existing Select, Start and PS buttons. The tech is based on Vita’s rear touchpad, and is similarly responsive in use. A new Share button on the controller will, when pressed, launch a new feature that will allow screenshots and video to be distributed online. The PS4 hardware will continually record the most recent 15 minutes of onscreen action (with no processing penalty, claims our source), which users will then be able to edit and broadcast via the Internet. http://www.allgamesbeta.com/2013/02/edge-rumor-details-ps4-launch.html?m=1

i thought the last splinter cell was a lot of fun, although instantly forgettable I think i really enjoyed it. The game plays more like a linear story driven action game. Even though it likes to paint the illusion of choice with multiple paths, the game ultimately just played like uncharted 2 with a little more hiding in steam vents

http://www.empireonl...ng-star-wars/p8 I was thinking the other day how fantastic Joshua Jackson would be for the Star Wars prequels, i think he could really pull off a Han Solo style of character that was sorely missing from the prequels *edit apparently Joshua Jackson was one of the leading contenders for the role of Anakin Skywalker.

I played the Skies of Arcadia course for the first time late last night and it was definitely the highlight of my time with it so far I think the 'mods' you acquire are not perks but just a way of leveling out all the racers. So currently if you want good top speed you have to choose 'Crazy taxi guy' but if you want good handling you have to choose 'monkey ball monkey'. But if you play it enough and level up monkey ball monkey you can use him with high top speed stats which will probably come at a cost to his handling I guess they've done this so your character choice isn't limited to your racing style If you like this game you should pick up Hydro thunder, the slightly dodgy boat section in this game makes me long for the far superior hydro thunder (in handling and course design)
