A friend shared this with me a while ago, and it legitimately unsettled me, mostly because I can't swim in real life, so drowning is one of my biggest fears. Besides my personal reaction, I think the game really smartly uses its mechanics to make an argument about boating safety without seeming too didactic.

As far as I can tell it runs for 5 minutes or so, though I've seen comments that claim to have made it about 7. I think the idea is that the required scrolling speed to not drown gets exponentially faster as you go along. I know the feeling. I was legitimately creeped out for a while after playing that.
