agorman Posted January 20, 2014 I don't really know if this is an appropriate place to do something like this, but I guess the mods can tell me off if it's not. Seeing as it's MLK day, I thought many of you guys would like a speech one of my professors gave a few years back at our school's symposium. http://connect4wu.blogspot.co.uk/2010/01/decision-to-care-bob-hansmans-mlk_19.html It's one of the best speeches I've heard on MLK, and certainly brings up a lot worth talking about. jmbossy Posted January 20, 2014 Don't fret Clyde. PC and Mac computers have a "text-to-speech" option. Give it a listen. (It's really quite beautiful)
agorman Posted January 20, 2014 Im bummed there's not a working link to the video because he is an incredible speaker. I think the text is pretty powerful on its own, but his voice brings an incredible emotion and passion that's impossible to convey in text.
Merus Posted January 21, 2014 It's a Martin Luther King Jr. topic? Well, I guess here is a letter from a Birmingham jail that I'd strongly encourage you to read if you have not already.
