A Strange And Perplexing Error Haunting The Purchase Of Some Amount Of Video Games

Hey there, just wondering if anybody had run into this error before, I've been trying to buy a couple of games on steam cause of the sale, and it keeps saying

"There has been an internal error initializing your transaction. Please contact support for assistance "

Yep, I ran into that issue. Missed out on Shank as a result.

However, the next day it just sorted itself out and Steam purchasing works fine for me now. I'm guessing it's down to the volume of sales they're getting now. I'd say try again a bit later.

My error at the moment is of a different nature. Deathspank TOV came out today, and on trying to download it (having paid my $13.50 preorder over a week ago) I get the error "We're sorry, this game is no longer available for free." After this, it disappeared from my games library. Rebooting Steam did not help. The hell?

EDIT: Hurray! A couple of hours later and I'm happily downloading my game. I no longer want to dismemeber Steam.
