toblix Posted November 15, 2010 Just finished Dreamweb, a game I've wanted to play ever since reading a review in some Amiga magazine back in the day. Though the user interface is clunky and dated, the game is still a great little adventure. The graphics are sweet, everything's beautiful pixel-art. There are lots of sweet death animations (pixel gore is great!) and a dark cyberpunk feel, with bright neon arclights, rainy cyberstreets, etc.
brkl Posted November 15, 2010 That game has its ups and downs, but the atmosphere is really top notch. A quirky little title.
Kolzig Posted November 15, 2010 I wanted to buy that from a local supermarket 12-14 years ago as a Virgin White Label re-release if I remember correctly. The premise seemed really interesting, but this one game that I actually end up not buying for some reason. I always got a strong Blade Runner feel from just looking at the box and the background art pics.
ThunderPeel2001 Posted November 15, 2010 Ooh, you should check out BloodNet. Sure the RPG elements were awful, but the writing was top-notch.
