ThunderPeel2001 Posted January 10, 2010 Argh! When did RapidShare become so evil? I friend of mine is doing me a massive favour. He's uploaded a single file to RapidShare for me, but RS is doing it's usual "Servers are full except for Premium members" BS. It's been two days now and I'm still getting the same message. It's such a pain for him that I don't want him to go the hassle of reuploading it somewhere else... so I'm left having to spend £7GBP ($10) just to download a single file... ARGH. Fuck you, Rapidshare!

toblix Posted January 10, 2010 If you'd only asked me, I'd download it for you. Ah well, at least you have an RS account now.
Lu Posted January 10, 2010 It's an interesting sales pitch. Annoy the shit out of you and make it as hard to get what you want, before maybe or maybe not giving it to you.

Lol, I think that just about sums it up. Thanks for the kind offer, toblix. I wish I'd known! Oh well, now I have to find other RS things to download over the next 30 days. Moelman Posted January 11, 2010 In the future if you need a place to upload/download files less than 100mb, use http://drop.io.
Nachimir Posted January 11, 2010 I hate rapidshare too. Very few sites that can send me into a seething rage so fast. http://www.dropsend.com will allow files of up to 1GB on a free account, though they're only meant for one person, it's not really hosting as such. edit I was wrong: There are no limits to bandwidth for your Online Storage area. As long as you don’t go over your space limit, you can download and upload files as much as you want to your Online Storage area.
