in that case I'll vote for NO, with war and oppression I at least know that to expect.

Peace and justice, specially the latter, are way to vage and can be misused (e.g. chip every human to preserve peace and justive, ofcourse get rid of freedom).

One's peace and justice is another's war and oppression. So NO, then everybody will suffer.
