Yeah, but even if

the "job" wasn't the point,

and even if

it turned out to be his boss,

didn't they just skip the part where

they whack the guy?

I seem to remember the guy saying

"Come on, let's take him out,"

after they've

failed to kill him,

and then they cut to a scene on an

airplane

and they're talking about how they

killed him after all?

Screw this, I'm watching it again.

Nothing to do with The Matador, but this morning I got to go to another press screening for a documentary that opens on Friday. It's called Wordplay, and follows the key competitors in a crossword puzzle tournament. Didn't think I'd actually care about the competition itself and really just wanted to see what they'd be able to do in a movie about crossword puzzles. Surprised the hell out of me. During the final round of the tournament I was almost biting my fingernails. They managed to make a bunch of people doing puzzles incredibly tense and exciting. I reccommend it, as it was a really interesting hour and a half of film.

Now then, to rent The Matador...

Just saw Pirates, and I loved the ending. Way to make me want to see the next one.
