schepton Posted April 16, 2006 Does anyone here besides myself use it? http://www.xfire.com/ In case you don't know, it's an instant messaging program designed to show which games that you play on your PC. I've been trying for a while now to get all the old LEC games supported and could use some help. A while ago, I successfully managed to gain support for Grim Fandango. My x-fire s/n is chepito if anyone is interested.
DanJW Posted April 16, 2006 I used to use it for playing CS Source, since it has the ability to instantly connect you to whatever server your friends are playing on. Very handy. I don't have any use for it right now but if I start playing floating server games again I will reinstall it.
Erik Posted April 16, 2006 I haven't used it in 2 years or so, mostly because I try to call my contacts on msn before playing. I was thinking about a reinstall recently since most of my buddies spread out on different games. My old account appears to be lost, and despite the ugly interface, this is a very convenient tool. ASE is superior to find servers though. New account, added you Chepito.
