Strangers in Paradise

It always looked overly hip to me, I don't know. I respect that the guy self-publishes and all, and I've often felt I should check it out just for the hell of it, but I've never felt all that compelled.

When the book first started, it was GREAT. I mean really, really GREAT reading.

The first collection should reflect this. The second one was good, but then it started taking itself waaaaaaay too seriously, and the characters got all annoying and convoluted and the whole thing started getting this weird Melrose Place vibe.

I stopped reading it then. I can't beleve it's still going like 7 years later.

I feel entirely the same way. Also I am too poor to buy every single comic book that remotely interests me (or, I soon would be if I started to...).
