Naturally I have responded in the way that only a brand-enhancing experience like that can make you - by going to the bother of ripping the album into one long .wav file, chopping it up into the constituent tracks, and then burning a copy of it for everybody I know who was likely to have bought it. I agree with this sentiment... that's pretty much what I felt like doing, except my ridiculous loyalty to a has-been band of the 80's made me continue my struggle to fuck up Sony's copy protection and share this with fellow Duran fans instead. ysbreker Posted April 7, 2005 Here's me giving too much info which will be useless since you won't exactly know/care what I'm talking about: that 'lame.dll' thing is one of the best MP3 encoders out there. You can use it to rip your other cd's aswell. Just make sure you use the proper settings. I believe I've already gushed feverishly about Astronaut... well, Medazzaland was possibly my favourite album of all time. Remember Electric Barbarella? Kickass song! Medazzaland and So Long, Suicide? And the very very awesome Out Of My Mind. So Duran Duran are definitely not a has-been band. They have consistently released awesomenessity. Goddamn hot shit yeah!
