unimural Posted Monday at 06:25 PM I wanted to mention a few of other titles, which I'm at least curious about. Star Trek Voyager - Across the Unknown seems to be a cross between Bridge Commander and FTL, with an ant-farm Voyager to develop and a real time combat mediate through crew members. It's releasing very soon, on 2026.02.18 Mars Tactics - a pixely-voxely looking tactics game with a strategic map set on mars with a corporations vs labour unions theme to it. I haven't followed this one closely, but along with MENACE it's the tactics game I'm curious about. Should be out in May, so probably will be delayed. Folk Emerging says it's planning to coming out in 2026, but who knows. I'm still going to mention it, because the idea of 4X game that ends where Civilization begins sounds very fun. Obviously one of those games that more evoke the feeling of history than anything else. Sintopia. Because of Two Point Museum, I've allowed myself to be curious about this comedic Theme Hell - game. Souls accumulate sins which you need purify while maintaining an economy. There is an overworld where souls get re-incarnated to, and supposedly the accumulation of sins can cause issues. On the city builder side there's County of Fortune and Metropolis 1998, which might be interesting.
