Hey, fellow developers. I'm currently working on a recommendation platform for games and looking for a good use case and a practical experiment to prove that our algorithm works as good as in theory. So we're making a contest for indie games that are recently released or will be released in a few months. It means FREE promotion for every game applied and highly targeted promo campaign for the winner. We are using a machine learning algorithm that analyses gamers personality psychology, gaming preferences, and specific gaming aspects to suggest the most relevant games to a specific gamer. Thus creating a super targeted promo of niche games. Some more info on the contest: - tell more about your game (fill in the form) -ask few friends to rate your game and some others good and bad in our free app- so we know exactly how your game looks in our metrics link to contest https://gametree.me/indie.html direct link to the form https://gametree.me/app/submit-game

So I'm embarking on an independent intended to actually be released as a Real Gametm. As this isn't something I've done before, I'm trying to figure out the process. I definitely want to hop on the social media/post screenshots/blog development bandwagon and I was wondering if people had many tips here? There's a sea of info about exactly when and where to post and then there's also posts abound about general advice like socialing early and often. I was just wondering if any of you peeps on here had stories of experiences trying to take this kind of advice and how it went for you.
