As an American... it's really not unfair at all. This is definitely a thing that is all over American mainstream media. It might be one of those "vocal minority" types of situations, but they're very vocal.

That's true but that doesn't mean it isn't cliquey as all hell, which, based on reports from people who've left Valve, it definitely is. So, "upper management" might not necessarily mean "the people who are paid to be in charge" so much as "the people who are in charge because that's the way it is".

But also while I understand that these guys have broken some hot scoops before, this one just doesn't feel very...likely. At least, I don't feel like valve would be afraid of bad reactions. I wouldn't be surprised if I never saw half life 3, but not for the reasons in this video.

Because this fuckwad has proven time and time again that he is a massive douchenozzle. He doesn't give a shit about people who aren't himself. He only apologizes (usually without actually legitimately apologizing, and often with victim blaming) to make himself look good, and then he does something new a few weeks later (or sooner) that enables, or implicitly or even in some cases EXPLICITLY encourages his many shithead followers to justify yet another harassment campaign.Ain't no defending him. He's shit.

But they never go to Namek in that timeline (but somehow still defeat Frieza!). I read something at one point that theorized that Frieza came to Earth because of Vegeta, and that's how they end up fighting him. -

The only thing I believe is wrong in that image is that Yo! Son Goku and His Friends Return!! is supposedly canon. Toriyama had a part in that, and also Vegeta's brother, Tarble, introduced in that short OVA, is later mentioned in Battle of Gods. Although Battle of Gods (as mentioned in the latest 'cast, which isn't finished being edited!) is currently being retold in Dragon Ball Super (which is so far great!), so it's possible the movie will end up being only semi-canon, depending on how events unfold? Toriyama whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. -

It literally physically cannot have taken place after they reached Namek as the main story of DBZ goes, because they're on Earth. I promise you I know exactly when Super Saiyans were first mentioned! Also note Piccolo meditating at a waterfall as Gohan flies up to him with his stupid dragon and they whistle their dumb song. My point is the timeline is fucked. This is an alternate timeline, more commonly referred as Not Canon. I'm well accustomed to this concept. There are many fan theories that actually piece together some of the movies into a semi-coherent, but definitely different, timeline. But even then, not all of the movies fit together. I'll see if I can find the image that I thought was the most amazing thing. edit: found it it's incredible -

I finished all the demo content (although didn't do any crucible stuff). Why are there so many level 34 people running around in the story mission areas? Grinding rep/faction/whatever it's called? My biggest complaint for the story stuff I've done was running through the same areas for basically all the missions. That seemed kind of lame. I realize that the end-game stuff is basically doing the same things over and over, but it's just more disappointing when it's ostensibly a New Mission. Also I made a Titan because I always liked being a tank in WoW. But I don't know like... what the class diversity is actually like? What am I getting into as a Titan? (I realize I can just start over and make a new character at any point, so it's not a huge deal if Titan ends up not too interesting.)

To be honest, the last season is not great. Maybe the last two seasons, even. They stop being as funny and start focusing way too much on the serious relationship problems and it's just kinda bleh. Btu there are still a few really good ones! Anyway yeah Psych is fantastic.

Huh, I guess I just don't recognize most of the pop culture references in Supernatural, because I can only really think of Dean actually making them regularly. But man if you want pop culture references... Psych! I kind of want to watch all of Psych again, actually. Which is saying something, because that's long, and I don't usually rewatch long shit.
