I stand by what I said. Your average gamer period does not know who the fuck WayForward is. I stand by what I said. Dragon's Lair has always been huge, and is on nearly every platform imaginable, and continues to sell on those platforms for some reason literally no human alive can comprehend.

The average gamer has never played their games. They've been around for a long time, but they've never been big. Why is Dragon's Lair hard to believe? It's always been hugely, undeservedly popular. And those weird sims that don't appeal to the normal gamer are inexplicably huge, as well.

What. It seems like your entire basis for disliking Greenlight is because 1) some games have to go through it that probably shouldn't have to (this one is a fair complaint, in some cases - e.g., Primordia) and 2) some games which you think should already have seven thousand million votes, don't (this one is the weird one). What is it that makes you believe La Mulana already has enough votes? You already know the answer to that question, so I'm not sure why you asked it. C'MON, ORV. No, no. Tanu is insinuating that they're forcing Known Goods to go through Steam Greenlight so that Greenlight doesn't build a reputation of only having shit games on there. It's possible, I suppose, but doesn't really seem too likely.

Just kind of rambled about stuff we'd been playing, or thoughts we'd been having. It occurred to me at the time of recording (like a month ago - we're the worst) that it sucks how often our discussions overlap with, well, Idle Thumbs. Who wants to hear a bunch of different people talk about the same thing in the same way? Even worse for us, since we all listen to and love Idle Thumbs. When we realize that we're echoing or being echoed (almost always the former, but even when it's the latter, it might as well be the former, since we take so long to edit/post), it's kind of a "whoops" moment. We do talk about raging at video games, though, which was fun.

But either way, the point is, the bosses are really easy. It's just about figuring out the pattern.

Heh. You can't kill dogs. You can only "incapacitate" them. I weirdly did the same as you, until I reached a point where the dog just wouldn't fucking leave me alone.

I don't complain about the bosses, because they're pretty similar to the regular levels. Figuring out the pattern you want to take is key. They just have a bit less unpredictability to them. They're also really short and easy!

Well, that's fair, if you are a grumpy person with no sense of fun ridiculousness. Lighten up and enjoy things for what they are.

Oh, the GitS movies suck. I hate them. The series is the good stuff. Er, but there are some movies that fall within the series continuity. I don't remember all the details. I think all the SAC stuff is the good stuff?
