I don't think anyone should ever watch Evangelion. It's complete garbage. Cowboy Bebop is a really good choice, though! So is Stand Alone Complex!
  8. The Wolf Among Us

I think this is the finale.

  10. MO MONEY MO THUMBS - PAYDAY 2

The worst thing about Payday 2 is that you can't shut doors when going for a stealthy run. ):

    Use a stick. That's safe!
  14. DOTA 2

You can link your Steam account to Twitch, and it should work. Replays have also worked in the past for leveling up items linked to tournaments, so that should be fine, too.

  17. Feminism

I don't think it's so much what your gender is, so much as what your gender is supposed to be. Obviously in reality everyone is different. There are aggressive and passive men and women that are either happy or unhappy at another's success. But but BUT, society tells us men should be one way and women the other. I mean, obviously. That's the whole problem that feminism exists to solve. I don't know where I'm going with this. Maybe it's that just because everyone's different doesn't mean society doesn't mold us into something we otherwise wouldn't have become. In this case, it's made me a highly competitive jerk who should be executed on the spot. ]'; Gender expectations are stupid, I guess, is the gist of things.
  18. I Had A Random Thought...

I'd never heard the terms "millenials" before, but isn't the gist of it the same as how it always goes? "Back in my day, we climbed uphill in a snowstorm. Both ways!" EDIT: Damnit Bjorn how dare you beat me on saying the same thing but with better words. RANDOM THOUGHT: Bjorn sucks!
  19. Nier: Gestalt - Nier and yet so far

Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter sort of does that. I'm a little fuzzy on the details, it's been a long time (PS2 game!), but there's a dragon meter attached to the common BoF mechanic of being able to turn into a dragon. Every second you're in dragon form during battle fills up that meter. If it's completely full, you lose the game and are forced to restart. (Well, you could load from the last save, but it's likely you'll end up needing it anyway, so it's better to restart.) You can also choose to restart any time you want to, I think. When that happens, you're ranked based on how... far you make it, I think? Maybe also on how well you do? As you do this over and over, and get a higher and higher rank, more cutscenes are "unlocked" that explain more of the story, show more of the other characters' points of view. It's really bizarre and totally off-putting to most people. Personally, I loved the idea. I also liked the battle system quite a bit (turn-based tactics with analog movement (as opposed to grid-based), unlike every other BoF, which are much more traditional JRPGs (albeit with some really neat meta-stuff attached to the battle system, esp. in 2 and 3 (never played 4, 1 is VERY standard JRPG))). But being forced to start a JRPG over and over again did eventually wear me down and I never finished it. Shit now I've got that itch to play Breath of Fire again. ): ((((pare()ns))(
  20. The Last Guardian

Yeah, SotC is pretty boring for basically the same reason. Instead of endless cavernous corridors it's just a big empty world that you have to traverse because it doesn't make sense for one giant colossus to exist within close proximity to another. Ico manages to work, though, because everything you're working with is human-sized. Well, mostly everything anyway? It's been a while since I played it, but I definitely don't remember ever having to run for a long time without doing anything.
  21. Feminism

Yeah it's definitely one of my worst qualities. Back when I got laid off (oh god that was over a year ago) alongside some of my friends, and I watched them all find jobs while I sat there receiving rejection after rejection, all I could feel was anger and resentment. Worst. I'm willing to believe it's more likely for men to feel that way, in part because that's how men are supposed to feel. We're all competitive, striving to be the best, right?! Woo! Societal pressures create our desire to win. It's the complete opposite of what's probably the common societal pressure on women. But... I agree with Argobot that it's probably a common thing in a male-female relationship, regardless of age bracket, but I'm not sure it's because men don't like it when women succeed. I think it's because men don't like it when anyone succeeds. Maybe. I don't know.
  22. It's the spin-jump from Galaxy. They also added it to NSMB.
  23. That part is pretty weird, I agree. But personally I just like 1) The act of collecting the cards and 2) The meaningless but fun emoticons you get when crafting a badge.
  24. Wait what? That's fucking bizarre. I mean I'd relish the opportunity to be a target of an assassination in one of those Sniper games because it's hilarious to me, but I figure I'm just an outlier.
