Just rolled credits. That's a helluva game, but I maintain it's best played on the easiest difficulty. I think there are sequences that slightly overstayed their welcome (both combat and traversal), but overall thoroughly enjoyed it.

Okay this is going to maybe be a dumb suggestion, but have you considered just getting a rug of some sort using that to hide the cable?

Possibly only one person would attempt this exacting ritual...not even WInifred, my EX is confidently offering

Situationally, depending on what type of mission it is, I can see how doing that would make sense, but I think part of the motivation of the missions (besides just giving you something to do), is to try to get you to visit areas of the map you haven't yet visited or wouldn't otherwise have a reason to visit, right?

I'm sorry. DON'T ACTUALLY MAKE/DRINK THESE, I've never made them and am just making shit up based on the title: charge guy, tree guy, ice guy, bendy guy 2 oz vodka 2 oz red bull 1/2 oz rosemary syrup crushed ice twizzler, for use as a straw also for Life Finds a Way: some regular ass drink, but then toss some sea monkeys in it more undrinkableness: Kobe's Last Shot 1/2oz wagyu beef consomme 1/2oz 190 proof everclear

I just learned about Mystery Show by Starlee Kine it's pretty neat. https://gimletmedia.com/show/mystery-show/ edit: and I am through all of the existing episodes and a second season can't come soon enough IMO. To give some more context, it's very TAL-like (no surprise as she's been a contributor/producer for them) and take the premise with a grain of salt...the mystery is there, but often as not the best bits are the totally red-herring side stories that come up as she strikes up conversation with various interviewees. Also I would characterize her as twee if that's a thing that bothers you; personally I find twee stuff hit or miss but mystery show doesn't fall into the category I find annoying.

I've not any interest in playing, but I do remember the Giant Bomb quicklook being quite amusing on the off chance that helps sell it to anyone.

and because I want you all to suffer, I went and found it. check the pro mlg noscope action at 6:20 and tell me that's not aggravating. That's like 5 shots at an essentially stationary enemy, about as close as an enemy can be without being in melee range, resulting in zero hits. UGH

I saw that and it was so aggravating the entire time I was "dude(tte?) tone down that controller sensitivity and start over because wtf"

on holidays in europe and why does this stoopid charger not handle 240 volts ugh. I basically only use the 3ds when I am traveling.

yes super tribes and warbits both get a ditto from me. Fallen London's load times need some serious work. Also it's kind of terrible at staying synched/updates with current status. The only way to guarantee that it updates your turns left is to manually log out every time you stop playing and log in when you start. If you don't do that and task switch into it hours after you ran out of actions, odds are, in my experience, better than 50% it will still read zero actions available when you come back to it.

Idle Weekend April 15, 2016: The Dark Souls Of...

This is an interesting point, because I feel like when I fail at a game, I often have no idea if I am failing because of a poor plan or decision-making (lack of intelligence) or just a failure to execute well enough. -

omg that tampon ad read was amazing -
Seeing all this talk of Tinker Tailor reminds me that the Alec Guinness version is on youtube in its entirety and IMO worthwhile. I mean of course it's going to look dated next to the movie, but I still liked it.

Idle Weekend April 1, 2016: Now We're Let's Playing with Power

Also, not to beat a dead horse (but I'm a still do it), woefully wrong about cars a) the car doesn't drive you, you drive it. if a car is supposed to take you somewhere else, then is a formula 1 race car which runs a circuit and ends up where it began not doing what it's supposed to? c) public transportation options can sometimes be equally or more cost-effective, convenient, and quick but even when that is the case some people will opt for a car. barring ignorance about these public transport options, there are reasons for that (comfort, class/status, privacy, hauling cargo), it's worth interrogating why if you're going to get at what a car is "supposed to do." -
The GDC build is available to download/play. Haven't checked it out myself, but here's the changelog since the previously available version:

They're guaranteeing HE drops from level 30 named enemies now, so that's good.
