Fallout 3 works without GFWL, quite a few GFWL games work in "unregsitered" mode. But I fear most of them will be dead in the water.

I accidentally arrested the spy (I thought that would suffice as to eliminate him). In prison I couldn't touch him. And at some point he got out. The mission thingy is still there, but no "view" link to view any spy. I can only press "ok".

I think I'm going to quit playing Tropico 4. I encountered a game breaking bug after 3 hours in mission 18. I cannot complete it, and I don't feel like replaying the whole thing. So far I've played it for 50 hours, but due to this bug I will probably not wrap up the remaining 10% of the game.

Yep. There's also this other guy which I've seen more often at the central train station (which is near the office) who is yelling various religion things (in English). He usually holds a bible in one hand, and a goat horn (I think) in the other. This stuff starting about a month ago. I think in about a month or so there will be a guy wearing a sandwich board with the text "The end is nigh" But I work in Rotterdam, and that's where this happens.

"People who don't believe in Jesus will go to hell"* was on a sign some old guy was holding last week near our office. *) believing is hell is a requirement.
