I thought season 5 of community would be shit. Episode 1 wasn't going, but episode 2 made everything alright. This is going to be fun.

I'm still disappointed that the objective score is not properly explained.

Idle Explorers (Spelunky, um, thumbs)
elmuerte replied to Irishjohn's topic in Multiplayer Networking
I messed up the second snake pit really bad. And my attempt to have the idol's ball go below the alter failed too. So I didn't last long in 2-1 -

Congrats to him... he wrote a book. Meanwhile, a lot of researchers actually do leg work and on the subject and are rarely ever listened to. And if I look at Night's suggestions... they suck even more than the education experiments I've had to live through. More school, less vacation? Won't fix a thing.

Most of the things I finished aren't that long. Brothers is about 3 hours, Mark of the Ninja SE DLC is about 1 hour. Dishonored Witches is between 1 and 4 hours depending on how you play. According to Steam I've only spend 12.5 hours last 2 weeks on games (that seems a bit on the low side). My backlog is still huge.

How about McPixel? Or Windowsill? Samorost? Machinarium? Maybe Flower? Given the age of 4 requiring intellect or precise motor skills are out of the question, and this kills a lot of games.

Yesterday I watched Tron, and then Tron: Legacy. Man the sequel sucks The worst part of the sequel is that the creators declare Tron 2.0 (the Video game) non-canon. Maybe they should have fixed the dumb movie script to include Tron 2.0, because it was a good game and a great continuation of the Tron story (unlike Tron: Legacy and Tron: Uprising).

My damage: DuckTales Remastered (finished) The Bridge (almost finished) Eldritch (played a bit) Rise of the Triad - the remake (played a bunch of levels) Dishonored: The Brigmore Witches (finished) Trials Evolution Gold (I absolutely regret this due to being a Ubisoft game1) Dream (waiting for 1.0) Giana Sisters: Twisted Bundle (started) Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons (finished) Mark of the Ninja: Special Edition DLC (finished) Indie Game: The Movie Special Edition DLC (finished) 1) ever since ubisoft turned PC hostile I've refused buying any games from them on any platform. They've come close to reverting their hostile stance, but then came uplay. I didn't do my researched, and found out too late that Trials Evolotion is a ubisoft game requiring uplay. I've attempted a Steam refund, they refused, and after reading more about the EU I concluded I couldn't claim a refund because I "broke the seal" by installing the game. My only defence would be claiming the game is defective due to ubisoft's DRM (which is a real stretch at this point). I can't claim that Steam didn't properly notify me (which they didn't) because it was mentioned in the system requirements (but not as a standard mention of "3rd party DRM"). So... ubisoft, you win this time, you received 5 euros (minus Valve cut) from me, and 1 sales notch.

I made a new years resolution to stop drinking, stop complaining, and stop making fun of new years resolutions. I guess, better luck next year.

but isn't that subjective?

I don't get the scoring, on what is it based?

Well that's simply outrageous. So much great stuff out there.
