Linux is not GNome or KDE imho Windows didn't receive any major interface improvements since windows 95 (mostly a few small "hidden" extras that make certain things easier).

whats classic RGP style? -
http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,,-6713047,00.html what the hell... Well.. it's opinionated in a way that is different from me... but I think it would have been better if Sony's reply was more along the line of: "Its fiction, lighten up" You know what... FOAD! give back our artistic freedom.

is this the game: it really looks completely different, weird new moves and stuff.

using an ak47 is apparently not very difficult. -
there were some cheats back then that would allow you to skip levels, so that you at least could continue at a certain level

I think there should be a game about Penguin vs Global Warming. For the simple reason that nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition! -
no check points? I thought you simply had to redo the level when you got killed.

I don't remember the original PoP being very difficult, specially not in the beginning of the game. I managed to finish the game when I was 10 or something.

I adapted it to fit the context

Results of market research and not trying to piss off the market I guess. You can't set a market share into bad daylight ... according to research, or the sales will suffer. although... Europe vs USA when both parties are playable would be interesting. anyway.. I never cared for (semi)realistic warfare. -
Alice is a great game. But Bad Day L.A. was complete crap. Scrapland was great, but not really an McGee game, he only acted as producer. I'm not really holding my breath for his next game.

it looks like the screenshot I posted in post #2, I guess it's mac like

Yeah, I said that. But apparently it actually works a bit for some people. The worst thing is that it doesn't blend in with my operating system, it feels like an alien piece of software.

congrats. I still have a couple of weeks to go before I get my MSc :/

What are keychain items? Besides, it's not just Mac\Apple... Windows also has it's fair amount of useless dialogs, even Vista has them. Tried Safari 3 beta on my Windows workstation, and tbh... I have never ever tried something as terrible as that. Almost nothing works, and what works is either completely useless and annoying (animations) or it works so awful that it's not worth the effort. It's alpha at its best. here's a screenshot of how well it ran on my system

erm... isn't that your fault?

that looks interesting omfg.... the demo is 1gb large.. and requires a login... grr ah.. gamershell already has it [edit] The demo was awesome yet short. It's barely 30 minutes worth of gameplay. But the game is a lot of fun, I'll probably buy it when it's released.

maybe you should upgrade to 32hour days

They need permission to set up shop inside the church. Because basically the church will have to be closed while the film crew is busy. Anyway.. the church is playing the copyright and terrorism game. And for copyright they have no legally valid basis.
-
nah... not only games, but also movies, TV series, news reports, etc. and ultimately... your brain..
-
sony should call the churches bluff
