On the MBN I use: <small><b>Spoiler:</b></small><br /> <div style="border: 1px dashed; padding: 2px;"><div><button type="button" class="button" onclick="var visb = this.parentNode.parentNode.childNodes[1].style.display == ''; this.parentNode.parentNode.childNodes[1].style.display = visb?'none':'';" title="Click to show\hide the spoiler.">toggle spoiler</button></div><div style="display: none;">{param}</div></div>

of course it depends on the exact definition of robbery in the local law, but: "At common law, robbery is defined as taking the property of another, with the intent to permanently deprive the person of that property, by means of force or fear." For example: taking money from a back's counter (1): robbery transferring money from a back account (1): wire fraud (1) = without the consent of the owner, bla bla bla

robbery? then what did they physically take away?

Or zombies

it must be a prequel, or ... erm, parallelquel? sidequel?

As for the weed thingy. So far it's still quite accurate. Before TPB there was suprnova, before that kazaa, before that napster, ... all the way back to sneakernet. But in the past "they" were not successful in changing the law. And this might change, actually, it's already changing. So instead of removing the weed from the garden they will simply destroy the garden and tarmac the hell out of it (or use concrete).

I hope they improve the exploration and atmosphere in Fallout 3. Because I found it rather boring (comparing to earlier Bethesda games).

sounds boring

Unlike you my expectations for the game hasn't been growing in the past 12 years. It stayed pretty much the same. And I'm still looking forward to the game.

Not really, because what does that exactly mean? You're not allowed to run a public tracker? Not allowed to run a torrent search engine? Not allowed to receive income through banners? I don't know Swedish law, but in Dutch law a verdict in public law will automatically create a precedent, which is why vague rulings are very dangerous. Anyway, as I previously said, it is probably a poorly transcribed part of the ruling, which is 100+ pages iirc.

Things will always be pirated/illegally-downloaded as long as it costs more money that people are willing to pay (which is quite often >0). Having or not having DRM will not change that. But having DRM does scare people off, especially when it's intrusive. ps, How do they know for sure certain users are not legitimate customers when they have no DRM? Without DRM you wouldn't be able to distinguish the users at all (note: I'm considering CDKeys/Online-Accounts to be a form of DRM).

Using a pencil to stab somebody isn't illegal. Stabbing somebody is illegal, the pencil has nothing to do with it. According to the quoted text using BitTorrent on the pirate bay is illegal (even though the thing you are download is legally distributed through the pirate bay). If you are going to take that line literal they can simply rename the pirate bay to make stuff no longer illegal. The actual wording is probably a bit more generic. Stating that using BitTorrent to illegally distribute material is illegal is redundant. So either that whole part is completely irrelevant, or they are going to outlaw BitTorrent. And when you outlaw BitTorrent only outlaws will have BitTorrent.
