Yes, no, and different case. The is no appeal possible for the decision that it wasn't a mistrial (because the judge wasn't impartial). However, there is sort of an appeal possible at the EU (human rights thingy), for this part. And of course they're still appealing the initial court decision that they were guilty of something to do with copyright.

There are dates, no time, but there are dates The history feature is useless if you ask me, if I made a browsing mistake I will just rewind time.

Indeed, and the last two video links are the same, by the way. -

I have issues with jumping, I suck. I keep holding "w" while trying to jump with "space", which of course doesn't result in anything. The 2D art could use quite some improvement.

So... basically it's nothing like Max Payne, but they're still calling it Max Payne. They might as well call it "Dax(ter) Way3e".

If they fix the inventory system I'm happy, that's the worst part of Mass Effect.

Anachronox had a demo?

Not really. It's nothing compared to the smallest of the last 3 TES games (i.e. Oblivion; I don't know Arena). I wonder if they're ever going to release the rest on DVD. I'm not really that much interested in Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt right now. Broken Steel is quite important to me in order to _continue_ playing.

Idle News Podblast - 06/24/09: Without Nick Breckon

But how tactical is the shooting. Because we really enjoyed cleaning a map in R6 on the highest difficult setting with maximum number of terrorist. Which usually took a shit load of tries, and usually between 30 and 60 minutes. One shot one kill. Of course the AI was a bit flawed in R6, on the highest setting they would kill you instantly from 50m away when you made the slightest noise while almost hiding completely behind a wall. But that was the fun of it. Running around a map shooting at everything that moves, getting hit a couple of times without dying, ... that's simply no fun (in a tactical shooter).

Idle News Podblast - 06/18/09: With Cheese Plate
elmuerte replied to Jake's topic in Idle Thumbs Episodes & Streams
I think it should be called a "Pod Splatter", because it's not a single blast, but multiple smaller blasts. And I think the worst company name must be "EDGE Games". Although "Thatgamecompany" is also a terrible name. -
Doesn't look very interesting, how does it compare to the original Rainbow Six games (MP wise). The last proper R6 game was Ravenshield (i.e. R6:3). And I might need a new tactical shooter to play with my friends (in a terrorist hunt mode) Also... are these Bohemia Interactive Studio guys building the same game over and over again?
