The lava world was great, I really liked the atmosphere down there. And the boss fight down there was of proper scale. I hope the next section will be just a great.

Ok, so I came home today, and decided to play a bit of Torchlight. And now it's time to get some sleep. Sjeesh. Did one of those side mission dungeons from that guy in the village, it was seriously difficult. But received quite some interesting loot.

Ok, this new city I live sucks. It doesn't even have a single computer shop. Really... wtf... The previous city I lived in was twice as large, but it had infinitely more computer shops.

ooh... remakes... EA has quite some great stuff in the closet that they could remake, like Crusader: No Remorse/No Regret, or Syndicate Wars

The only good Diablo-like game was Titan Quest. Although instead of going deeper you traveled miles and miles and miles (damn that game was long). Also the environment of TQ was great, the add-on provided even more variation. So far I'm not really thrilled about Torchlight's environment. And the town song has touched me either, actually I barely notice the music. Maybe I should turn it up. Or maybe I'm do busy with killing stuff and collecting stuff.

After listening to this podcast I decided to try the enchanting in Torchlight, I also want awesome armor and weapons like Remo. Seriously... htf did you do it. I ruined pretty much most of my good stuff. The first 4 items I put in there where cleared either the first or the second time I tried to enchant stuff. After that I tried it with a "clean" piece of armor, after 5 times it got cleared (and 2 times it failed to do anything). Did I forget to do some special dance?

The DNS is working correctly. Pretty much everything works, except for a select few hosts.

How did Remo die?

ffs... ok, so I finally "fixed" my network setup at home (i.e. I have a cable from my router to my workstation). But something weird is going on which I can not figure out. Certain sites won't load, it's usually a CDN that the site is using that is causing problems. When I hook up my laptop to the same cable it does work. So the cable seems fine, and it must be something else. My workstation has Vista, my laptop has XP.... but I don't know where to look for...

Weee... first day at the new job. It was ok, not much special, I think I'll go again tomorrow. I'm not really impressed with the iPhone though. I don't think it's user friendly at all.
