  4. DeathSpank

This game is quite excellent. Got to a village filled with huge troll like creatures... "pips" or something. It's past the loud monks. Those creatures needed quite a different attack strategy. Difficulty is just about right. The writing is just awesome.

  6. yZ-s6pgSPpw FYI, I used the free cam studio for capturing.
  7. blew up the rest of the moai... not really a success. I'll try to upload a video of asap if it's up to me I'd say ban TNT on the next server completely, it's absolute shit and way too error prone.

  12. crap... accidentally set off the TNT in the moai, it was only halfway filled also, it wasn't much of a blast for me, the game couldn't handle the fireworks so the screen was frozen for half a minute I had a real "how to make infinite fire" experience :/
  13. Obligatory comical YouTube thread

Great Scott! So this time-traveler also took with him a complete cell phone network?
  14. Obligatory comical YouTube thread

it's not a cell phone, for the simple reason is that it simply cannot work in that time, there is no network.
  15. Only the person that sets off the TNT will really see the fireworks, that's why redstone triggered TNT doesn't show anything cool The only thing you see when somebody else sets of TNT is a sudden hole. It's a real shame. Also, after a given distance you will also no longer notice the explosions.
  16. blowing up the moai would be an interesting spectacle

Oh. Didn't mess around much with battle stamps. Used the "increase AP", "counterattack on defend", and "increase critical hit damage" stamps for most of the time.

Just finished Double Fine's Costume Quest. The game, gameplay wise, is like a kids version of Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. It's set in three areas where you more or less do the same thing, with a few variations for the story quests. The fighting mechanic is quite simple in it's form, but can be quite tricky at times. Quick reaction is vital, and failing to defend 3 times will probably result in defeat. But losing a battle has no consequences. The writing isn't really on the level of what you'd expect from Double Fine. But I guess it's partially due to being a kids game. Anyway, I'm changing my initial rating of a to a . It's a fun game, not great, but better than most of the games I gave a , and considering it's aimed at kids (and the low pricetag). Things that would have been nice: - variation in side quests - some text next to the collectible cards Btw, maybe I missed this completely. But what was the 3rd button during the fights for? (the circle button on PS3).
