  1. Amanita Design's latest creation is trippy!

ih... a shame... it's not Machinarium
  2. Steam client vulnerability released

only partially; it only prevents steam client authentication
  3. Life

I got shot in my arms today, both of them. Yeah..., vaccination shots for my (work)trip to India in a few weeks.
  4. Movie/TV recommendations

No, wrong movie. Scrobbs is talking about this one: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0775489/ I liked it. It's actually quite amazing how that movies tells a complete story without a single line of spoken word.
  5. Steam client vulnerability released

Or gift it. Or, abuse your account and get VAC banned.
  6. Portal ARG?

I just got the joke of the Count... I always wondered why he's always counting things. But then it struck me ... Count von Count. Sure, in Dutch he's called "Graaf Tel", "Tel" is count in Dutch. But considering he's usually named "de Graaf" (i.e. the Count") it really didn't help ton convey the joke.
  7. Amanita Design's latest creation is trippy!

    It aint no Machinarium
  8. Anno 2070

That's a game changer. I was never really interested in Anno, not a huge fan of that genre (although I did like Settlers 2 a lot). But this new setting does tickle my interest.
  9. so... wolfs don't teleport with you
  10. can you also decrease fall damage?
  11. Movie/TV recommendations

I didn't like the visual much. They moved away from 1s and 0s; to anything between 0 and 1. The new world felts way to organic.
  12. still haven't found a puppy
  13. great... now I watched the whole movie. And now I want more.
  14. Private messages

    don't you mean "REDRUM"?
  15. Happy Birthday!

holy mother load of quintuple posts batman
  16. GIRP, from the creator of QWOP

    ... I beg to differ ...
  17. Renegade Ops

Maybe... but worst case, it could be like lcatgol where controls on PC and console were terrible in different ways. But if it is like Dessert Strike (oh come on, you can't claim Jungle Strike as inspiration when you have the original Dessert Strike) then I'm put as ease.
  18. Back to the Future

Just finished it. Best episode so far. It had a slow start though. But... dot dot dot ... I think I rather have bttf in a non-interactive version. I'm not exactly sure why. But somehow these episodes seem off from the experience the movies gave me. Anywho. This episode is truly the citizen Brown of games. ps, I don't know what, but those few piano notes in the intro (and various parts of bttf) are very special to me. And I'm absolutely sure they were also in some parts of Fallout: New Vegas.
  19. The threat of Big Dog

ok, that is kind of freaky I wonder if Jake is hiding under his bed now
  20. Hawken, or: Fuck Me, Mech Games Are BACK!

yeah ok fine, have it your way.. so it is mechy I really like the enormous level of detail in the levels. When paused the image almost looks like it was drawn. I hope they didn't spend all the time on just one level. Also, apparently it was made using Epic's UDK.
  21. Life

    JavaScript allows ducktyping \o/
  22. Renegade Ops

Hmm... a twin-stick shooter. Never really liked that control scheme, although if it's just WASD for movement and mouse for aiming/shooting on the PC then it's ok. Considering it comes from Avalanche Studios this game could be just a great exploding barrel of fun just like Just Cause 1+2.
  23. Hawken, or: Fuck Me, Mech Games Are BACK!

It still doesn't feel mechy, it moves way too fast for a mech.
