  1. Recently completed video games

Crysis: Warhead I'm giving this game a because it's even worse than the original. The game is quite short; took me 4 hours to go through it. The first game had some actually story going on, I'm not really sure what was going on here, or where in the time of the original game this was playing. The goal was pretty much: chase this big box. And when you retrieved it... that was it. Again, not really a satisfying ending. This game was almost an on-rails-shooter, and the environment was actually quite boring. At least the first had a small space ship element, and some more interesting locations to visit. This was basically nothing but following the path till the end of the map.
  2. I just added tracks where I felts like it. Btw, avoid the side of the tower near spawn, it's complicated to build there.
  3. Sony Shitshow

This is PSN+? Sure, it's only 5 euros/dollars a month. It also looks like the US version offers way more interesting things.
  4. Bitchy thread tags

no it's not, I didn't add any tag and I can't edit; and thus not see who tagged
  5. Awesome Medical Breakthroughs Thread

It's time to celebrate the work of Dr Kevorkian now that he has died: http://www.time.com/time/nation/article/0,8599,2075644,00.html It's not really a medical break through, but it has been an important battle. Maybe some day the USA (and various other countries) will grant people the freedom over their own lives.
  6. The Crusader games are not survival (horror) games. Anyway, the clunkyness in crusader's controls often lead to falling of ledges to your death, and that's annoying.
  7. awesome... if they improve the controls of Crusader I will buy them again. It's not difficult to get those games running on current machines, but the controls are quite clunky, they always have been.

On my way to Enschede; to help out with the 10th edition of Greenvibrations (just like I've done in all previous editions). You should come and check out the festival, ticket price is 15 euros (with free 1,2L of beer/soda/...). Or at least, I think there are still tickets left. (after part is free, starts at 0:00) It's Thursday, the 2nd, so there's no good reason not to come by. It starts in the afternoon, so you can still go "Douwtrappen" if you'd like .

On my way back home from Berlin. 1 hour left in the 7 hour train ride. I enjoyed London, although that was mostly to the things to see and not really the city itself. I did like Rome, Bari, Aachen. Dresden was also ok, but haven't seen much of it. Hyderabad was an interesting city, but my "tourist" visit there was also rather short. Minsk was also an interesting city That's just the cities I visited somewhat recently, or at least can properly recollect the memories. Also visited quite some cities in France, but that was really a long time ago.
  12. Happy Birthday!

  13. have you tried turning it off and on again?
  14. Life

    > Potsdamer Platz (Sony Centre etc.) > Memorial for the murdered Jews > Brandenburg Gate > Reichstag Saw that all; Not really impressive/special for me. And I think the memorial is quite crap, or at least, I don't understand it. And what's so special about Potsdamer Platz? Sure, the humongous iPad2 that covers a complete 7 story building is impressive. But the rest, ... meh. > Alexanderplatz TV tower and its revolving restaurant. I was at Alexanderplatz, but didn't went into the TV tower. > Ku'damm That's right around the corner from my hotel. I've been there last night, and this night. I'm not really that interested in those streets with expensive stores. > Checkpoint Charlie (museum about crossing the wall) Talking about a major disappointment. FYI, I've been to Germany quite a few times. The German kitchen isn't really new to me. From recent memory, Dresden,Aachen and Frankfurt are much more interesting to visit. Or at least, more interesting for me.

Everything is fine with me; I just tend to be more vocal on negative things (like most people in fact). Ok, something positive. Starting from next tuesday I will be working my ass off setting up one of the most awesomest festivals in Enschede (NL) and surround area (just like I have been doing in the past 9 years): http://www.greenvibrations.nl Back to Berlin. Nah, I really find it somewhat boring, the city is quite bland; not that many interesting sights or interesting buildings (so far).
