!? I'm not trolling you. I was just stating that trademarks serve a different role than copyright and patents. And that I think the trademark issue around Trech/Trenched is dumb. As far as I can tell, I'm more or less agreeing with you.

I tried to play Damnation a long while ago. I quite hated the gameplay so I stopped quite soon. I was really interested in the concept, but... erg... the gameplay :/

Limbo (PS3) I was going to get this for the PC, but I tried the demo on PSN... So I had to buy it. This game is awesome. The puzzles are challenging, but not too difficult. And whole theme/mood is just great. Those NPCs that try to kill you on occasion are great. And the game is quite morbid. It's an absolute must-play. The secret level introduce with the PS3 release is also great, and seriously challenging. Dodging things in complete darkness just by timing and sound... man... Real classic platform game stuff going on in there (i.e. failing just before a checkpoint and blood rising to boiling temperature). The spider segments in Limbo were really awesome, probably the best part. Now Braid isn't lonely anymore there at the top.

Trademarks exist for the protection of customers, not for the protection of the companies. I can't imagine a customer getting confused between a boardgame or a Video game with similar names.

I'm not playing on in this era because: - right now I don't have a lot of time - sort of waiting for the next update - impending reroll

I never paid $40-$50 more for a special edition. That's pretty much double the price I pay for normal games. Anyway, the reason why I started this thread was because of the announcement for special editions for the console versions of Arkham City: http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2011/07/18/biff-batman-arkham-city-collectors-edition/ I think the inclusion of that shitty animation movie sucks. Sounds they have leftover stock. It should have been a OST.
