Kim Young Il transformed into Kim Young Dead.

Sno is rigt, you should loot everything, it's no good. Well, only in the beginning it might be useful. Just collect gems, expensive jewelry, occasional potions, and unique items. Enchanted battlehammer? Unless you are going to use it, leave it. Way too heavy and doesn't earn you much money. You should really watch your potion and scroll intake. I really have a shit load of them but I rarely use them.

That's not funny. Also. Kim Dotcom is a horrible person.
-
Oh really? damn... guess I jumped ahead :/

Yes it is. So were you send to the quest giver that sends you to blackreach? Or did you simply stumble upon him? Or is there an other way into blackreach?
-
Just spend the last 2 hours (I think) traversing an awesome dwemer city/cave: blackreach. It's really huge. I think it's only possible to reach that area when you are on a specific quest. I don't think that quest is on a critical path in the game, so you are very likely to miss out on it because the quest giver isn't really around the corner.

Not sure what happened here, but double dragon all the way. Probably needless to say, but I lost that fight. When I was resurrected I only encountered 1 dragon.

is it listenable in public transport? Because Idle Thumbs isn't, it always puts a weird huge grin on my face.

Idle Thumbs Episode IV: Return of the Thumb

Are you saying that eurogame thing is more than just a list of most popular/voted games? Although that doesn't change me, as opinions of people I just "met" don't give me much material to convert it to my own little universe. But what Joe Average things doesn't interest me at all. I cannot relate to Joe.
-
So when's Nick moving back? Or did he already move?
-
The first few training missions were not that bad, but the advanced things... damn how annoying.
-
Because I don't care about popularity contests. For me, it's all about the "why", not who gets the most votes.

Bastion is also high on my list of best games of this year. I also enjoyed the eye for detail in narration. For example in the beginning when you get your first weapon you can opt to keep breaking the environment and the narration also comments on that. Just to avoid confusion, the two honorable mentions in my post are not runner ups for the GOTY. They simply deserve some special attention. Because even though Bulletstorm and Blocks that Matter are great games, they rank lower than Deus Ex, Limbo, and Bastion.

erm... """The Knytt was abducted by an alien! Traveling through space, the UFO flies into a meteor and crashes on a nearby planet. Luckily, the Knytt and the alien survive, but the UFO is a wreck. How can the Knytt possibly find its way back home again? Knytt is a free platform game for Windows featuring exploration, atmosphere, and infinite cuteness.""" It's a very adventurous platform game. A lot of traveling through the wonderful world to find some powers and items you need to get back home. You can download it for free: http://nifflas.ni2.se/?page=Knytt

I'm kind of lost on what games were released this year. But going my number of hours spend and still not bored, it's Skyrim for me. I've done so much in that game already and there is still so much I want to do. Honorable mention: Blocks that Matter. Unlike most puzzle heavy games this one doesn't get overly complicated or boring. Honorable mention 2: Bulletstorm. Probably the best action packed rollercoaster fun ride I've played in a long while. The almost non stop over the top action makes this a great game. Disappointment of the year: RAGE (yes, not DNF).

Nightsky is a Nifflas game. You know, the guy that also made Knytt.

It's back: http://www.humblebundle.com Shank, Super Meat Boy, Bit Trip Runner, NightSky, Jamestown. And if you beat the average you get two more.

I haven't even been to that mountain yet (only 64 hours on the clock). I only use fast travel to travel between cities where I own houses.
-
So... uncharted with zombies?
-
I have no problems playing it. I do have problem putting it aside to play Arkham City.

So it's out for the PC on steam for quite a reasonable price of 4 euros. It's a braid like game, although so far the puzzles are not as complicated (finished 2/5), but still quite fun. The art style is also quite good, with the exception of the disappearing clone which breaks the style with too much 3D.
