that's not the Steve Zissou game... or is it? I wouldn't imagine that game to be pure adventure. It should at least have some FPS action in it. (but yes, I also pledged to to the DF adventure).

Arkham City I just finished the game. The ending actually caught me by surprise, I didn't expect the last battle to be the final battle for the main story. The game felt short, and I really have no idea how many hours I put into it. I think there were less epic battles, and overall the tasks were shorter than in Arkham Asylum. But that could also be my memory. I think AA had more stealth room clearing elements than AC. In AC they added more challenge to stealth clearing, quite often you had to change tactics. I didn't really care for the catwoman elements, it's a nice variation. The game mechanics for the catwoman segments were pretty much the same as those of batman except with different gadgets. I don't think that worked very well, I'm pretty sure catwoman isn't a brawler as batman is. One thing that annoys me a bit in this game is the riddler clues. You see them briefly when you enter a area, and then they're gone. There's barely enough time to read the text, so it's difficult to get the clues to begin with.

Overview of now PEGI is used in Europe: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PEGI#Where_PEGI_is_used In most countries its used, in some it's absolutely required, some only require it when sold in brick and mortar stores. Germany is the major exception, it requires their own USK rating. But if you get a PEGI 12 or lower the USK rating is almost rubberstamped.
  9. Fund Tim Schafer's next game YOURSELF!

So far there have been only 40.000 contributors. I'm sure a DF game sells more than 40.000 copies. I'm sure there are enough people who are going to buy the game.

I doubt it will have any effect. Even gratis software is "pirated".

I don't like freemium, probably because I have some misconceptions. What I've seen so far with free to play games is that getting progress must be bought with either money, or a lot of time (by grinding).

Nice, very 80s. But I don't like the 3D character style. it would have been awesome if one of the characters was named Ted and another Bill. You know... the wild stallions.

oh like that. well, on UESP only "The Real Barenziah" contains a warning. For a few books UESP does mention it's a different from the versions in morrowind/oblivion/skyrim. But they don't look offensive.

Wait. What? I get the feeling people are reading different things into the little thing I wrote about the move. I just said I hated the color grading. Here you are in a tropical location which would be quite colorful. yet it has been reduced a lot to two tones. And I mentioned that I thought the story of the movie was a bit weird. I don't think I could have elaborated more on the story without spoiling. But here goes:

Rum Diary It's a nice movie, the story is a bit weird. It's more a presentation of gonzo journalism than that there's a real story to follow. It's based on the book of Hunter S. Thompson, the same guy that wrote Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Which I didn't know until after I looked up the movie and its origin. But at some point during the movie I was expecting Depp to say "we can't stop here, this is bat country". And yes, everybody is very orange and the world is mostly teal. It's horrible.

You don't have to boot windows to see what's on sale. Any PC would work, be it a Mac, a Android or iOS device.
